This website is perfect for purchasing books I have not seen before. Such a wide variety. The delivery time is quick as well.

Have place placed dozens of orders with Book Outlet. First issue that I contacted them about (torn cover and I provided a picture of it).
They didn't offer to replace or offer any amount credit.

I use book outlet all the time. It's the only place I buy books from. I have found so many great titles for a fraction of the price you'd pay at Indigo and chapters.

The books are high quality and super cheap! They arrived earlier than expected and my sister read 4 of them within one week!

Ordered 7 of a book for my classroom, only received 5 but still charged for 7.

I've ordered numerous times now from Book Outlet and each time I am very pleased. I am especially appreciative of the free shipping they offer on orders over a certain amount and considering I'm a huge book lover, I always end up hitting that amount - and to be quite honest, it always ends up incentivizing me to order just a few more books as a treat :p The shipping is always quite quick and my products are always shipped with care as well. I've only ever encountered one hiccup when ordering from Book Outlet and it was rectified immediately! I honestly can't say a negative thing about Book Outlet. I enjoy the prices, I like the frequent sales/promotions, they carry a myriad of different books, and the shipping is great!

I've ordered before and the books were in great condition.

In this order 4/6 books arrived dirty (like they'd been in an Indigo, been part of the Indigo "cart drop" rigamarole we used to have to do there as an operations team, and had spent some time on a salty/dirty store floor) and/or damaged. I assume some of the Book Outlet stock comes from physical retailers returns, so they have been in backrooms, on store floors, touched by the general public who can be not-too-kind to product (hence low prices)?

But I've bought explicitly labelled "used" books in better condition than a few of these books. I know these are discounted books for a reason, but no where online is it implied that these books will not be in "new" condition.

And these are fine for a personal use/adding into my collection; they are obviously still readable. But I wouldn't gift any of these because of how banged up they are. If you were shopping here for a reader, trying to stretch a gift budget as far as possible, I think you'd be upset if you'd opened my particular box and found dirty/banged up books. Just something to keep in mind.

My book showed up in good time and was in perfect condition for the price I paid! Only downfall was that I had to pay quite a bit for shipping as I'm in Canada but overall, great experience and I would recommend Book Outlet to friends and family!

First time I've ordered from Book Outlet. Was looking for a book that is a bit older and found it at Book Outlet, along with a few more titles I couldn't find at my local used book store. For some reason the tracking info for the shipment wasn't showing up on the Wizmo site and I was concerned if the shipment was coming via courier due to icy road conditions to our place, which is rural. Sent an email and heard back quickly from Jason who confirmed it was coming via Canada Post and had been delivered to the community mailbox that day. Checked and sure enough, it was there and I'm now in reading material. Great service all around.

I ordered 11 books for my book club, and they arrived quite quickly. They were all inWest books and in excellent condition, except one book's cover was folded back. I would definitely order books here again..

The books I received only have little black mark at the bottom. I'm very surprised with the quality! Love it!

I got 7 books for under $50! They all arrived quickly and are brand new! I would have paid triple the price for them through a regular retailer.
