Product was a great price and delivery was quick Came as pro used.

Good condition...some even like new. I had one not so good on the cover but for that one, inside pages are good and that was only 1 out of 12 books in total purchases. I will order again. Thank you!

Surprised to find this book. Please with the price, packaging and delivery.

I have used booklet many times and love it. I was, however, unhappy with the new delivery notification system. I wasn't able to get any updates…each time I looked it said not found. This was frustrating to say the least. I had not idea when I might expect my parcel until the day I found it on my front step. With the rise of parcel theft, I would appreciate better communication on shipping.

The purchase experience was good.
The book I received appeared a little worn but nothing serious but the packaging it was delivered in was torn exposing the book.

Availability of book was good, also price was attractive. Delivered on time and in good condition.

I have six grand children and your prices are great! They are going to love the books and puzzles.

My only problem with Book Outlet is with the packaging. The box itself is fine, but because there is nothing inside to protect the books, they move too much in the box and quite frequently books come damaged with bent corners and crinkled paper.

I received notice that the package was on it's way on Nov 18. A tracking number was issued. After no package had arrived by the end of Nov I tried to track it but could not. No info available.
Yesterday, Dec 5 I called customer service and then sent an email query to the customer service at Book Outlet stating the problem. Strangely enough the book arrived at the door by "expedited post" a few hours after the email was sent. I guess "all's well that ends well".

Good selection, good delivery and the books are in great condition. Just noticed the prices have really gone up! I know inflation is a real thing, but it seems a little excessive. Still a great choice for cheap reads.
