I sent an email requesting approval to return my purchase but have received no response. Why?

I have found many of my lovely books with the lowest price among all other book sellers.
The packaging is perfect and you receive your orders so soon.

My husband and I visited this store looking for a particular book. The book was not available at the site but I was able to order it on line. The staff at the store were very courteous and very helpful, the store was well organized, spacious and clean. I could have spent hours looking through the books but found enough to keep me busy!

We received the wrong order (shipment of 5 books) needed for Christmas gifts. When we called the company, they said they could not expedite a replacement shipment that would be certain to reach us on time. It needed to be a re-order with the same delivery timing. Unacceptable that the company couldn't arrange rush shipping for a replacement order for an issue that was solely their fault. Lousy customer service.

When I was told about Book Outlet I was so excited. Seeing the selection and prices made me love the site as my kids and myself are readers! I bought books for everyone on my Christmas list and a few gifts too was overjoyed to have such an easy shopping experience. I order Nov 24 nice and early so there would be no rush. My package arrives on Dec 3 with just 1 book and no my tracking information is saying delivered. I have no clue where my 9 other items are.

I ordered two books and few days later one of item got canceled I didn't wanna order it if I knew I'm paying shipping for only 1 book.

Book Outlet has a wide variety of books that are new and old. The books came in a timely manner in a box. I was satisfied with the condition of most books. One of the books came with dents (possibly from shipping) and then one came with a very sticky sticker on the back that I attempted to peel off.

Great prices and selection. Speedy delivery. Books are packaged well. Excellent customer service. I'm a many-times return customer. They have more then met my expectations.
