I received the items I ordered much faster than I expected. Books are in good, new condition, although some are significantly dusty. The website can be a bit difficult to navigate, especially if you are looking for nonfiction, non-children's books. I'm quite pleased to have found this shop, as sometimes it has books I'm looking for at a decent price.

I absolutely love your store, I've made the three hour drive to visit in person once. And it was totally worth it. I have a collection that rivals a library and it's thanks to you that I'm able to read to my hearts content!

I have a book list every year from a Caribbean Island where books in English are very hard and expensive to come by. I take an extra suitcase for my annual trip to fill with books. They are almost all from the Book Outlet.

Happy with the book I received. Reasonable shipping cost but I still miss ordering and then picking up at the outlet, thus saving the shipping cost.

I placed an order on December 21, hoping, but not really expecting, that it would arrive for Christmas. But at 11:30 pm on Christmas Eve, a van pulled up and the books were delivered! Incredible. Thanks, Book Outlet!

I had a great experience with my first order, it came fast, prices were super affordable. I did have 1 book missing (I respect that human error happens!), I contacted customer service & they are sending out the missing book free of charge. Very pleased with my experience & will be ordering again!

One of the books I received was very juvenile. I guess I didn't read the description well enough. The delivery was quite a long wait but next time I will order earlier. The books were all I good shape except one that was folded in packing. The price was very reasonable.

We got some really cool gifts from the book outlet for our kids, the felt animal kit was so cool, and the box of make your own crystals and candles were awesome.

You'll find a lot of gems here for fantastic prices. It's not the sort of place where you'll necessarily shop for a specific book, but I like looking at the new arrivals and seeing what catches my eye. I've found a lot of books I've ended up absolutely loving here.

I ordered romance novels for my Mom for Christmas. The book outlet.ca had some of her favourite authors and I tried some new ones. They arrived within days, plenty of time to wrap for Christmas. I was very satisfied with my shopping experience.
