I've recently made my first purchase from this retailer, shipping was fast and the quality of the books for their price excellent! I will be back for sure.

Received the books I ordered, paid the price that was stated, and came within a reasonable amount of time. I couldn't of asked for more.

Book arrived, was rated good. Looks like new, prices are fair and reasonable. Shipping rates are affordable.

I love the selection and the ease of purchase. I received my purchase with a few days and have already started reading my books! Can't wait to order again!

I have ordered many books from Book Outlet for our granddaughter. Almost all of the books are fine and all are certainly reasonable priced. The only caveat is that the books may have black marks on them (as they are remaindered). One book came with a large ink stain on the top, which had then bled onto the top of many pages. Customer service kindly replaced the book. Unfortunately the replacement was similarly stained, so the lot must have been bad. Good books at great prices, but all may not be in perfect condition.

I've got a great deal of patience even during the Amazon Prime era of speedy deliveries, however, shipping is painstakingly slow. Also, one of my shipments was lost for a month and I had to call to check on it before I heard that information. I guess that's the price you pay for discounted books, but it's worth it when a large box of books are delivered. Customer service was great!

Ordered a handful of books for Christmas. All books were in great condition and cheaper than I possibly could've paid elsewhere. Free shipping after a certain amount really makes it worth it if you're looking for 4 or 5 books.

Awesome prices on books available; greedy of me, I know, to wish that even more books could be available at those prices!

A friend of mine recently introduced me to the Book Outlet (I kind of wish she hadn't…) and I have ordered twice so far. Their system is easy to navigate, great selection of books to choose from, at amazing prices! Books arrived in great condition and quite quickly - I will definitely be ordering again (after I read the 17 books I ordered the first two times… sigh).

I've now ordered from Book Outlet twice, one order for myself and one shipped internationally. Both times, orders were accurate and received quickly. Prices and shipping costs are excellent. Will definitely be making more orders! Thank you!

Great prices for wonderful coloured puzzles. My mom loves puzzles so to get her 7 nice puzzles for 55$ was pretty cool

The website is extremely easy to navigate and browse through as you're able to filter products by format, genre and category. The shipping is cheap and fast and the books are always in good condition. They have frequent sales as well as a rewards system so you're able to save a lot of money on brand new books. During their Boxing Day sale I was able to buy a $40 book for just $13 dollars. Couldn't recommend this store more highly.

I ordered some books and received my tracking number. My tracking number never became available and I couldn't track my order. I emailed the company and had quite a quick response with where my package was. I received my order in a decent amount of time. When I opened my package one of my books was damaged. Sue to it being a gift I messaged the company again and they promptly replied that they would send me another copy or issue me a refund!

The books we ordered were discounted nearly 80% off cover price and we received them in short order. They had every title we were looking for.
