I mostly buy books for my children, but do also use it for myself. Everything I've bought is priced greatly. I've had the occasional dirty or torn book cover but everything else has always been a pleasant shopping experience.

Books - great. Prices - great. Delivery time - fantastic. Only thing that didn't make sense was the splitting up of my 16-book order into 1 book and 15 books for shipping. A big waste of shipping space and materials to ship one book alone in a box that could have fit at least six books, and especially so when the 15 book box would have had room for that 16th.

I was looking for books by one particular author, for my wife. I checked Amazon, eBay and the prices, even for used books by this author were super expensive.checked on google and found Book Outlet. I found 5 books I wanted at prices so low I thought they were misprints!. I registered then put all 5 in my cart. Checkout showed the order qualified for Free Shipping. Completed the purchase. Super fast Delivery was another bonus.

My order was here in the city 3 days before christmas but sat in the truck undelivered the status showed it out for delivery then handed off to another courier and no one at BNI responded to my query, It was 5 days after it said out for delivery that it finally was delivered. Prices are good and quality was good but you need to follow up on your delivery service,
When I order ONE book, it shows up in quantity as 2 or 3 sometimes. Are you trying to be sneak?

I've placed 2 orders so far. The prices and shipping times are very reasonable. Some bargain books may have a small dot with marker on the bottom of the book but some are completely brand new with no marks. I had an issue with one damaged book. I contacted customer service and got a response within 2 days for a replacement. So far, I am happy with my purchases and the service.
The book was delivered with accurate tracking, the book is in excellent condition, there is a tiny smudge on the side. Great selection of literature.
Got some of the 'bargain books' and they pretty much came in brand new condition, just had a black mark at the top.
