Called very late for a room in Mt Pleasant, WI but needed pet friendly room. Was told it was available but when I showed up was told no pet friendly rooms were available by site Manager. Was told I should have called front desk and not 1-800 number to book. That needs to be fixed so both are on same page. Fortunately, they found a room to accommodate me but was not an easy process.
Very horrible experience! I canceled my reservation two days later and these people refuses to return my money! Up to this point I am still waiting for my refund to my card! It's been about two to three months now and I am still getting the run around! I explained to them I do not want any voucher, I just want my money back! I am going to get my lawyer involved if I do not get any results after this! I promised you'll I am not going away, I am asking for the last time, can you'll please please refund my money? She was incredible! I had a complicated issue with many questions and she spent the time to address them ALL and was extremely patient and so pleasant.
We are 3 60ish ladies on road trip, seeing the sights around Oregon.
10 pm, and we are in the Eugine area foolishly thinking we could find a room at any exit... Yea, no... Found one, for $400... no way. Called a couple of chain hotels to find out all their locations sold out. Tried finding a room online, but some of the sites wouldn't allow us to make a reservation for that night - guess it was just too late in the day.
Called Book Online and got Timothy. He spent 36 minutes on the phone with us, looking up online and calling locations in a 50 plus mile radius. Then, when he found one we could afford and get to, called them to make sure we got the room, and sent us happily on our way.

Catherine was very nice and friendly! We just weren't in the same time zone. When I said I was stranded at the airport and needed a room tonight which was at 10:30 pm in Seattle, a room was booked for the following night. I realized the mistake 5 minutes later. Unfortunately there were no rooms and I spent the night in the airport. I'm planning on a full credit.
I had a really great experience trying to book a last minute room at the Comfort Inn in Palm Dert California. The gentleman walked me through the entire process and with his help I was able to get it booked. Thank You!

Timothy exceeded my expectations with helping me find a place to stay despite the original place that I called about was sold out. He heard me out about my price range and helped me reserve an alternative location. Definitely need more guys like him! 10 stars!
