MS Heather assisted me in my search to find a nearby Holiday Express that was located close to our venue.
Found a room at Comfort Inn in Ottawa fir $95 for Choice Privileges membership. Called the 888-xxx-xxxx number and discovered that the room rate had been changed to $117. I went back on Trip Advisor; still offering room for $95. They wanted my password for Choice. T.A. Said the password was on eveey email from you. Looked up my email; fiund a number; entered it on Trip Advisor site and it came back as wrong password. I asked fir new password. Got the link; went on; changed it. But then Choice site wanted confirmation. I clicked on confirmation, but the site said confirmation was too slow and had expired. I am not a millenial who knows how to keep multiple tabs open on my computer. I M seriously thinking about just sleeoing in my car.
I needed to speak to a human because I can't find my itinerary number. And I have tried 4 times to get a human and can not. I put the - star because at least you have a phone number. I need to speak to a live person!
The agent provided me with incorrect information he gave me the number for Hilton instead of Marriott
I was talked over the entire time. Mr. Cory (the representative that "assisted" me) continously tried to finish my sentences and book a room that didn't meet my criteria. After calling the hotel the following morning I found that the room was incorrect and the specified occupancy was wrong. I also inquired about military rates and reward points which were not applied until I called the hotel again.
Friendly and professional-looking forward to my visit
Edgar was very professional and excellent help in finding rooms for our families so we could attend our fathers funeral,
Did not work with me even thought I already had spoken to someone else about my Reservation and had a price and discount
Courteous, pleasant, very efficient in explaining the reservation policy thoroughly. Thanks for a great job Dawn!
Robert was very efficient and courteous. He said I was too, but I can challenge the claim. Peace
This person told me that there were no rooms left at the Moxie, downtown New York. Then he told me there were no rooms left in New York unless I wanted to spend a lot of money. When I looked again on the web, it said the Moxie had plenty of rooms available. I told him this, and he told me that I should book online then, and then he hung up on me. Bravo! Well done.
I spoke Dawn about reservations in September but your hotel is booked solid. She put forth extra effort to help me locate a hotel in the area with availability on the dates I needed. I was impressed by her willingness to help, calm voice and professional mannerisms. I could feel her smile through the phone. Way to go Dawn. You made me feel special. Thanks.
My agent was very friendly and kind. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly. It was a pleasure speaking with her.
Easy booking experience and quick and super friendly call. Thankful Robert helped with my booking request.

Answer: SCAM. Huge Fees, no refunds. Would NOT recommend. Do yourself a favor and Pass by when you see this site.
Answer: Agreed! WHY? Absolutely the most blatantly deceptive company I have ever come across.
Answer: I'd love the answer to this! This agency fraudulently charged us $1800!
Answer: Make sure you are booking directly on the hotel's website.
Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
