Scam / rip off, con

We looked up the phone number feeling certain it was to the hotel location.
When we arrived we had a reservation but with excessive charges added. " extra fees!
We were told "Tyler " would wave our pet fee.Not done… also assured 3rd floor.
Not done. Extra $67,00
Scam! How do you sleep at night.? We are seniors! You stink.

It was the middle of the night I needed a room. I was exhausted. I called this number, and I was greeted by the most beautiful voice. I found my experience, relaxing, easy I found my representative was very knowledgeable and every single way, friendly and kind. I think she needs a raise.

21 business days after cancelling my booking I'm still waiting and now intend to report this site to the Australian Government website Scamwatch
