Horrible experience! My wife and I are on our honeymoon. We asked multiple times if the room we were booking would have a hot tub in it. We were told NUMEROUS times that it did. We asked many times throughout the conversation and were reassured every time that we would indeed have a hot tub in our room. When we arrived, the front desk informed us that there isn't even a hot tub on the premises whatsoever. We were simply lied to. I am only giving this rating one star because you cannot select zero. Again, HORRIBLE experience!
Called to book ski and stay package. Repeated that request 4 times. I was booked for room only. I couldn't change the reservation when I called back 5 minutes later after receiving the email and was told I could incur a cancellation fee of 30%. Horrible experience.

This reservationist had to deal with my unhappiness due to the price that she had originally told me about with me seeing a different price on line. She stated that there was a glitch in the site and guests were being charged the difference. She handled the situation well and we were able to come to a compromise. I as a business owner would NEVER place my employees in a situation such as a glitch and it not being their fault. I want to thank her for finding a compromise that was adequate for my interest of staying there. The company needs to learn to always accept responsibility, own up to the problem at hand and just suck it up. This is a surprise gift for my partner and a big birthday. I want this to be an exceptional experience as I am sure, you do as well. We will be eating at Spain that evening. Nothing is cheap. Thank you. Regards, Joyce Green
