I booked a 2 night stay. I asked if I could get refund if cancel. Was told yesterday. A couple days later, I needed to cancel. Hotel refunded 1 night. I then had to go thru travel insurance, which I didn't know I had signed up for and charged. Insurance denied my claim. Total bill $637.71. Hotel refund $290.53. Travel insurance I was never informed of $56.65. I'm out $347.18 for a reservation I was told would be refunded
