Upon checking in we were informed there was another $100.00 in charges Parking fee, resort fee etc SO the price we thought we were getting was not a good deal. This was not stated before hand!

Easy to reserve, customer friendly to use fast and easy checkout

Loved the location in Old Town Clovis. The staff is excellent, friendly and accomadating. Bed was fantastic. Only one draw back. The room had antiseptic smell to it. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

I booked my hotel due to them stating there was a business center with computer access. There was no business center so i was unable to complete any work.

I made a reservation for a hotel in Philadelphia. The booking process went smoothly and the room price was lower than the hotel's website. Very pleased.

BookingBargains did give me a few dollars lower than others. The website first offered a 50% off the going rate, but the reservation could not go through. So, I wasted a 5-10 minutes hunting for the bargain.

While waiting for the website confirmation of my payment, the site was thinking for more than one minute. I checked my email, no email confirmation either, so I thought it didn't go through. I tried it again, and this time I got the website confirmation right away, but also two emails with two non refundable reservations! I immediately called and explained the situation. What did they offer me as a great favor? To take half the price of one of the reservations, more than $100! A pathetic way to make money! My bank is taking care of it now.

Sorry, but you did not answer my request...I asked for a later check out on 24.05. And wanted to let you know that the give contact Phone No. Is from Malaysia...not Germany.

Offered a good price on Hotel in Key West. It was easy to book.

Easy to use and great customer service when I had to call because of my card causing a problem on card side.
