Placed my order to have customer service call to sell a ticked for twice the amount saying I wouldn't be able to find another price… well, I did and they left me feeling as if I was almost played by a scam

Waited for 1:20 and 1:40 on cell and never talked to anyone and still waiting for an answer from you with an email… no one answered and I will proceed with a dispute… Never ever again!

I was told book now and pay later didn't know you all had told the money off my credit card
It took almost 2 hours to get checked in at the hotel because the site's virtual card wouldn't work. Three phone calls to you and I never got a follow up. I would like a discount on my stay.
