I need the itinerary to apply for visa, and I cannot get it from Booking.com.

The confirmation email has no itinerary documents attached. While it says you can download it in the app, you cannot. Called the hotline, they said there is "technical issue" that they cannot generate an itinerary documents for their customer.

This is a joke. Cannot make it for visa application and trip cancelled.

Worst service ever.

They don't deserve any star, it is my worse experience with booking.com. I been calling them Weeks before about my name correction and they charged me for changing it, but still they didn't change yet. All they say is they are doing and done by the day. Nothing is done. Disappointing and dissatisfying

My wife book a hotel room and Maple Grove mn. I paid Booking. Com but was required to pay another 100.00 deposit before I could get my room. They also advertise pet friendly and they are not. I will never recommend using a company that lies on their website and does not keep up with hotel policies.

I would like to raise a complaint about a property on Booking.com to warn people about picking the property. They (both the property and Booking) don't respond OR you can't get ahold of anyone…HORRIBLE customer service…I would not use Booking.com

Made a reservation through Booking.com through one of their listing hotels with a 2 night confirmed price.
Hotel later doubled the confirmed price and Booking.com said there is nothing they can do about it.
Booking.com and the rest of the rip of the reservation companies charge the hotels a 18% service fee. Call the hotel direct for the best rate with no Booking.com surprises. Horrible Customer Service!

I used to be an avid booking.com user but will absolutely no longer use them. They don't communicate all fees on the hotel's main booking page until after you book the non-refundable booking. Then the final fees show. The last time I booked, there was a $150 hidden pet fee that was communicated only after the booking was confirmed. No ability to cancel. It doubled my entire booking cost. Book through direct hotel sites instead. Absolute garbage business.

Booking a room

I called and booked a room at Pentagon hotel and this was June, 22 2023 they lied to me told me a shuttle would be available from Ronald Reagan Airport to Hotel Pentagon come to find out the Hotel doesn't provide shuttles then the lied and said that we were in walking distance of all the monuments and museums that was a lie... So the next time I'm going through someone else to book our hotel. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE BOOK FROM SOMEONE ELSE...

Sayura House is an amazing place to stay, it just feels like home away from home.
Everybody is super friendly and helpful. The food is superb, the room is very clean and bright, with a veranda to the beautiful tropical gardens.
The location is perfect, 100m walk to the beach, but in a quiet area.
I cannot praise all the staff enough. I certainly got the royal treatment.
And I loved every moment of it.
Thank you to everybody! I will be back!

ENGAÑO... TENGAN CUIDADO.

Lo peor es que Booking no se responsabiliza y no ha hecho absolutamente nada por poner remedio.

Es el quinto dia consecutivo que estoy hablando con servicio al cliente de booking.

El caso esta siendo reportado e investigado y espero que en breves envien a alguien para inspeccionar la vivienda que estan ofertando como apartamento turistico.

Continuo a la espera de recibir el reembolso completo el cual tiene que venir de la propiedad, que es quien se ha quedado con mi dinero injustamente.

Por favor, procedan con el reembolso completo.

Es injusto que cobren una reserva cuando ni siquiera tienen el apartamento con unos estandares minimos para ser habitado.

Aclaraciones sobre la descripcion del apartamento:
No es moderno
No es acogedor
No cuenta con lo necesario para una estancia comoda (Para eso tendria que estar ubicado en un barrio seguro y no conflictivo.)

Had a trip this weekend Booked by this company, the hotel canceled my res. When I arrived at 10PM. Strange city, alone in the dark had no idea where to get another room. After flying all afternoon. I finally found a roof, paid cash now I discover they sold the booking to PRICELINE. No record on Booking.com even though on my print out itinerary it clearly say Booking.com. Now Priceline is dragging their feet with a refund and compensation. NEVER USE EITHER, these are scam artists for lazy people. I will be shocked to receive anything back. So sorry I fell for it.

I booked a hotel room with the wrong dates. Minutes later I noticed the problem. I saw that there was free cancellation so I tried to cancel and rebook. The site said no vacancies on my new dates. So I was stuck. Then went on again and noticed the same room was a higher price and it was indeed still available. What a waste!
I would give it no stars if that were an option.

We will never use Booking.com again. We would recommend them. Had to cancel our trip due to an unexpected death in the family; we ended up losing over $600. The company didn't even help us recover our losses. Tried rebooking but the dates that we could reschedule were not available, therefore, causing us to cancel. Lesson well learned, never again!

Hice una reservación y nunca llegó mi confirmación, llame a Booking.com y me dijeron que si estaba hecha así que llame al hotel y me dijeron que no había ninguna reservación a mi nombre, llame nuevamente a Booking.com y me dijeron que no tenía ninguna reservación, entonces hice una nueva reservación en otro hotel, y ahora me aparecen los 2 descuentos de mi cuenta la del hotel al cual no pude ir por no tener los datos de mi reservación y el descuento por el hotel al cual si fui, llame a Booking.com y me dijeron que yo llamara al hotel y dijera que hicieran una excepción con migo y me devolví eran el dinero obvio el hotel no va hacer eso ya paso 2 días desde que trate de solucionar esto y no pude hacer una cancelación por que Booking.com me dijo que no había ninguna reserva

Not even worth one star! Shocking service. Was informed on the day of travel that they had double booked my apartment even though I booked 8 months in advance! The moron that took my call did nothing by "hum" a tune while I was in the line which further infuriated me. A cowboy company…nothing more!

Booked a hotel room through booking.com and needed a handicap accessible room. The booking clearly show's an accessible room was available so I paid for the reservation for a handicap accessible room. When we got to the hotel and they inform me that they have no such rooms and says he would add comments showing the booking was not customer fault. He said to contact the agent at booking.com to cancel that they would give me my money back. Contacted booking. Com and they tell me no they will not refund my money say they spoke with hotel an there was no issue with customers room.
So I'm heading back to the hotel once again to try to resolve thus issue. Hope things go as planned. If not.
Im trying in good faith to resolve. Wish me luck! Would just like my account credited the amount not owed.

I booked a get away and not only was they trying to tax me twice. One of the customer care lady's refused to give me her first name. I own a business and I'll never use this site again. The lady I spoke with needs fired and find a different job. Customer care is supposed to help you and get the problem figured out. Unfortunately this lady refused to give me her name and refused to let me talk to a manager. For one you can't take ppl twice it's against the law. Owning a business I know that. 2 we drove almost 4 hrs to no reservation to our destination. I will tell you know use a different site other then booking com they are crooks and that's why there a 1.4 rated business. They don't deserve a star in my opinion. This company is sad and they need to get there $#*! together before they go belly up.

In Europe very confusing and inaccurate descriptions of rentals. Virtually impossible to communicate with Booking.com or rented facility. Rental units found to be shoddy and of lower level accommodations. In Florida, dirty, lacking all normal hotel amenities and not as described. Very disappointing in all aspects. Would not recommend or use this site again.

I lost a little over $500 using Booking.com because they would not give me my refund. I had all the confirmation numbers, and the people I talked to. I reported them to the BBB and they answered with the same generic answer and no resolution. So use them at your own risk

Worst customer services I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to. Just talk and nothing gets done. Out of pocket £1500 for a month due to a double charge and no sign of resolution. Just "it is our policy to wait"... all based in an Indian call centre... useless! Fraud! Monopoly on the market so can treat customers like ****
