I love it because is not ETSY, which has arbitrary rules enforced solely at the whims of a bunch of weirdos that work there and also have their own shops. They have all these made up titles among themselves and their community! I am soooo happy that there are being sued by the dumb people that purchased their stock. Seriously a place that allows copies, chinese products, fraudulent 'witchy' products, went public and the buyers did not educate themselves as to what they were buying? Copyright infringement is allowed for the few that have thousands of sales (bringing their fat fees to feed etsy) people that re-sell items like 3-Birds... blah blah.(she is also on ebay now) that are found on ebay for $1 on alibaba for 0.50 are sold by her for $15 to $30... if you have thousands of sales you can sale replicas or cheap $1 stuff from china until the cows come home, yeah this is the etsy way! Party goods are all IP violations yet they gross thousands of dollars, you can download IP images, they can use any brand name when selling their crappy goods... it's a joke
Bonanzas response was the same one they give everyone now I know this is a pathetic joke I'm sure the pressure is high with investors money at stake so it's a cowardly minion reply wait probably not even its a generated reply just like I got over and over again I tried unsuccessful to close my account I don't want to see any of my personnel info on there but yet I can sign in and there it is I can't even pay my 1.17 yet they want my info still oh yes I see it now oh we had to charge you a processing fee and buyer wants refund if this happens I know it's a set up delete my info not feeling it here
I registered there as a seller on 04.10.2015 and since then I sold 11 items. I imported all my items from eBay, I currently use Bonanza as an additional site where I offer my products.
I had 1700 items views in 1 month. I did not subscribe for any extra membership. I have the most basic account. There are different memberships available so that your items can be more visible to buyers.
The fees are very low and the items are visible in Google search so that buyers can see them.
The only problem which I have in Bonanza is that all my eBay items have free shipping, but in Bonanza it shows random amount of shipping with every item instead of the free shipping.
I would recommend using this website.
I paid for a pair of shoes on 6 th October, initial email told me I would get them in 7 to 10 days, well the seller has changed shipping date 11 times now, won't respond to any of my emails, now I have a December date for shipping, very very unethical practices going on here, and as for the idiot going on about BBB lets all ask him for our money back, I'm going through PayPal now with my complaint as I know I won't ever see the shoes, this was my first and last venture away from eBay, please don't send them money

I exposed Bonanza.com for unethical practices. Their seller refused to provide tracking information for a paid for product. Bonanza would not help me. They would not return my ph calls. When I called them out they blocked my access to the website.

Hello, few weeks ago i bought the Software Windows 7, supposed to receive it in few hours, never received it, i had to wait few weeks for money refund, by only using PAYPAL - i love PAyPAL

So if you're on a public forum for a review 90% of the time you've got an axe to grind. This review is different. Bonanza delivered as expected 4 years ago. I bought a Classic Accessory Boat cover with a 5 year warranty. In the TX sun, nothing last 5 years. Classic made good on their 5 year warranty. Now if you look close enough at the two web sites, it seems Classic and Bonanza seem VERY similar. When my new, warranty claim boat cover deteriorates in 4 years, I'll be back.
I just did some shopping from bonanza and they never sent me a confirmation email. Is this normal or should I take legal actions

I have never had an issue as a buyer or a seller. Every transaction was smooth sailing.

My accounts was shutdown for negative feedback. The issue with bonanza is that you can't remove negative feedback if the issue is resolved and most people don't leave feedback anyways. Only mostly those that have a bad experience because most buyers are 1 time buyers in my experience and i had over 370 sales.
Basically i was shutdown due to having negative feedback mostly due to out of stock items where i sent a refund and this was stated in the terms that it may happen to be out of stock. I am extremely disappointed i thought bonanza was different but they really never replied to my questions i just got a generic message to move! On.

The shipping system is a scam its self big enough to support a company. 50$ at a time, and they are $#*!ty. Super $#*!ty. It a serious bonanza of people maybe getting orders, and sellers maybe getting to sell.

I don't know why there's so many bad reviews. I ordered a pair of leggings on Thursday and got them on Saturday. I'm really impressed with them :)

Please see below the response I got to my last email asking them why the goods had not arrived or been shipped in the time frame quoted. I asked them not to send the goods as I had sourced them elsewhere. They still sent them, a full week after I told them not to and the below is the response to my email telling them not to ship. The below is the response I got. I have not edited it at all:

Bonanza is not a very dependable site nor are there business practices. I highly recommend that you stay clear of this site.In my experience my website and another persons website were some how connected according to bonanza so with out warning they were completely wiped out, this sites had been up for six months then out of nowhere gone. There lack of communications and desire to help you as a sell is obsolete. These types of business selling site need to be more controlled. They attack your bank account with out warning of any sorts.
PLEASE AVOID the HEADACHE.

Ebay is better because has more traffic that is it! It's not really rocket science to figure that out

I ordered a leapfrog magnetic alphabet set from bonanza back in August! Never received anything! I got on and looked up the tracking information to find out that it was shipped to New Jersey when I'm in North Carolina! I'm positive my shipping address was correct bc it went through PayPal! I have tried to email the seller through bonanza and through PayPal! No response yet! I want my money back! WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

The seller I bought was suspended right after my purchase and I am now having to escalate the case on Paypal to see if I can get my money back. I see many others have had this problem too. AVOID! Sticking to eBay from now on! Won't waste time on this site.

Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
