I had a business account there on free 30 trial, then I figured out that customer service was worse than every place in the world. I canceled my account before 30 days passed and they still billing my bank account. I sent emails, called many times and not answer from Bonanza at all. There is no place to business or to customers at all.
Excellent and trusted marketplace to sell. Excellent, helpful customer service. Excellent "Turbo pack " to grow your business. Excellent low fee's, with greater profit in the seller's pocket. I signed up for a Bonanza account years ago but never sold anything there. I tried to log in a while back to make a purchase and now they claim I owe them $8 from 2010 (though they can't provide any specific details to why I owe this) and a $25 reinstatement fee. So they want me to pay them $33, just to gain access to their site so I can make a purchase. If sellers out there are wondering why their items aren't selling, this could be one big reason for it. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Is hard to understand what kind of website is Bonanza or how it is manages? Like some people already wrote their disconform about Bonanza or its retail parties, this website has very nice items or merchandises,... but I realiced that some of them are taking adventage from us selling iteam at higher price. Any way, we have the choice and if we choice to buy from them, it is not a way to make complain about. Also, How this site does not have a way to get contact we their custumers? It is really very strange and very risky for us especially when we are giving our personal information to many people or parties even we don't know how trusty really is bonanza.com. Unfortunately, this issues affect everyone, We as custumers and those retails who sell their products through this website. Please Bonanza, if you want to success into the E-commerce and being another Amazon.com... change your strategies and be a trusting site.
I received my dress and was extremely impressed with the quality of it. I got this dress to wear for my granddaughter's wedding and it is gorgeous. Everyone who has seen it loves it. I am loosing weight and wanted the dress made so that it could be easily adjusted to accommodate the weight loss. They had no problem honoring my request in a timely manner. If I have another event anytime soon I will order from Sarahdress. I highly recommend this company.
Bought Office 2016 but couldn't install. Tried to work with these folks but they seem to have poor communication as several days would pass without response. Things like "sorry but I was having problems with the internet... I'll send you the product key soon". Finally had to cancel my order and request a refund. Bonanza must mean "incompetence" in business language. Is it Bonanzo or "BOZO"?
I know this sounds stupid but nobody buys noodles hoping for confetti! Ordered 6 boxes of pappardelle noodles (which I cannot buy in my locale) and they came almost pulverized which negates the entire purpose of purchasing them! Not sure if they were shipped that way, or if they were in the UPS plane crash in WV (not actually possible) but they are virtually useless. My other two purchases from Bonanza were fine.
Easy site to navigate. Purchased ultra slim can coolies. Well made and arrived in just a few days after I ordered them!
I ordered through bonanza.com Grommets, #3 Black Oxide, Plain w/ Washer, 7/16" Inch Hole and the quality and quantity was above and beyond my expectations. The delivery of the product was timely, pricing less than e-bay or Amazon, this was the only site that had the color I needed. These grommets were used to modify my work uniform for radio earpiece use. It was a modification that was shared with fellow employees. Since I provided them with the NW Tarp & Canvas site (bonanza.com) I am sure they will utilize NW Tarp and Canvas for these items in the near future.
Purchased a beautiful MK tote from a seller on that site, very nice genuine product highly recommend.
As a casual seller, I sell 4-5 items a month on Bonanza. I also purchase about that many as well. Never had any problems as a seller or as a buyer. The importers made it easy to bring my items over. Also a big fan of the risk-free advertising options. Been on Bonanza for over a year now and will definitely keep using it. Would recommend to all!
Don't waste your money on this site I ordered an item and they shiped this item to another state where I don't live. And is trying to tell me they shipped it to the write address they tracking tells the addres where it was shipped and lucky me I work for the post office so I was able to get the address where it was shipped and now the are under investigation.
I have sold or sell on a few other platforms like Bonanza. What makes Bonanza stand out to me is their customer service. They have the best customer service I've ever dealt with when I have needed any sort of help using their website.
Their platform is also easy for sellers to work with to list or edit items for sale. I love that I can have all of my listings from Ebay or Etsy or. Csv file transfer to Bonanza, including listing title, variations, listing details, pictures, price, etc. I love that I can list as any items for sale without per item fees (like other places do). I love that I can choose how much I'd like Bonanza to advertise for me and whether I'd like them to take 3%, 9%, etc final value fee based on that. There are options for opening a webstore, but I haven't.
There are some sites out there who will take your money and run and not offer any help in return (plus some of their platforms are super NOT user friendly even for someone with many years experience). But you won't have to worry about that with Bonanza. Bonanza only takes a fee if your item sells. They are an honest company.
They also have "tokens" you can collect as well to redeem for either $ off or some other cool stuff. I have over 3000, but haven't really needed anything.
The only cons would be having to drive your own traffic and shipping labels (but I just do all my shipping labels via Paypal). You really can't ask for more--It's free advertisement for your business.
I hope more people will sign up with Bonanza so we can become a larger selling/buying community. I hope Bonanza never changes how they value their sellers even if they do grow bigger. I found that with other platforms I've sold with, once they became huge and public, they start to treat their sellers worse and impose all sorts of ridiculous rules and jack up the fees.

Bonanza rocks. They might not be as big as ebay, but the prices, sellers, and customer support is way better. I hope they grow and become a giant like ebay
Everything was great and timely. I was confused at first but they sent me the instructions and everything was fast and great and exactly what it was suppose to be.
I ordered a pair of shoes, has been 4 weeks, no customer service phone number that works and emailing is just an automated answer. I have called my bank to dispute the claim. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SITE. What reputable company would not have a phone number where you can reach a human being? SCAM CITY - TRUST ME DO NOT USE
Ordered two cuttings of Red Globe Grape vines - got three. All three are rooted and have leaves and I am ecstatic!
I have bought a bunch of things from Bonanza.com from boots, videos to sewing patterns. Everything is always perfect from every seller. I always check here first before buying.
Bonanza provides no protection, assistance, service to buyers on its site. The seller never shipped the item order, never responded to my inquiries, I could not log back into the site to pursue any corrective action. The sites does not send your login user name / password to your email, regardless how many times you request them. This site is complete FRAUD, so please stay away and save yourselves all the hassle and pain.
I received an item from EZapparel through bonanza and I need to refund the item and am not receiving a reply. I contacted bonanza and getting the run around for over 1 week

Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I set up my account with Bonanza and their platform is pretty much the same as setting up an account with eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc. What problems are you having?
Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
