I think the videos of the nostril rings were a different size to the one I received... I don't remember a size option in ordering, but if there was I didn't notice it

Our order arrived and my daughter was pretty excited to put her new nose ring in. I had ordered the ball grabber tool to aid in installing the new jewelry. The grabber did not hold the jewelry in place. The ball ended up being pulled inside the grabber tool, or falling on the floor. Repeatedly. As my daughter wears gel nails she was unable to grasp the ball herself. So, after trying to use the tool to thread the ball and dropping it so many times, my clumsy fingers had to work for another 30 minutes trying to thread this tiny ball and get it tightened up. The jewelry itself looks amazing though.
My order had to be replaced because the original order was lost -never received. I've never had a lost package before this experience was very frustrating especially since I placed 2 orders within days apart and 1 package was received and the other not so much.
I've never had a bad experience with Bodycandy. The ordering experience has always been positive, would highly recommend!
So far I will not be purchasing again from this website the pieces I purchased have turned and turned green and silver. I've returned the other items that were not rated

Love Body Candy because they have a wide variety of options. Never have had an issue with any jewelry before, so I'm just going to chalk this up to the game. I think for 39.99, the navel ring should be a little more secure. Shouldn't just come apart on the first wear.

The nose ring is really cute but the grabber tool is useless. The prongs pull all the way into the stem so you can't "grip" the gemstone to screw it into place.
They look ok but I was wanting a pair of each and didn't realise it was only one so they still in the packet haven't really looked at them as I was a bit disappointed. My mistake as I didn't know you could buy only one earring
I cannot use any of the jewellery I bought as the nose ring is to difficult to put on I need a tool to help it something. I cannot use the nipple rings as the are too big and will sit on an angle so not needed.
Everything was super cute and looked just like the pictures when I got them. I was a little worried at first because it was REALLY late, so I called the company after cross checking a few sources to make sure it wasn't fake, I did see them on instagram and checked they weren't a scam before I ordered but I got worried because it was like 3 or 4 weeks late. But they came super cute and were pretty good, but I did notice the balls would unscrew themselves on the belly rings so they'd fall off and I'd lose my belly ring after maybe 2 weeks, I currently don't have any of them left now because I'd keep forgetting to tighten them lol. But for like 2 bucks It's not bad at all and work the two bucks
I ordered the grabber tool last time and I have to say, it's incredible. I don't have to struggle to try and see and also have it positioned correctly, I don't have to worry about dropping it or it moving in my grip. It's soo easy now
Last time I ordered a couple rings, a belly ring and a flat back stud. I absolutely love the rings I got, they look fabulous in my double conch and my sisters both really liked the belly ring and flat back
