They have great products and I have very sensitive skin and because of that this is the best company I've found that truly stands behind their products and it works for me.

I have been very pleased with every purchase. Everything has been better than what I expected to receive.

My purchases have always been processed and sent out in a timely manner. I have always felt that the company treats its customers with respect and consideration.

My first dangle belly piercings after I got it done were from here and I loved them so much i wore them until they wore out or broke

The nose hoop arrived slightly loose and did not appear to lock securely. As a result, it repeatedly came off and eventually fell into the sink while I was washing my face. I contacted customer service, and a replacement was promptly issued and arrived sooner than my original order.

I was given a credit for an item that was out of stock, with no problem, no pushback or anything. I love their item and their variety. Such pretty items.

I love the products I got but I can't use one of them because I need a tool to put it in which I didn't know about so that's more money I have to spend just to be able to put it in.

Pricing was great and the website was easy to use, but shipping time and customer service were very lacking. I reached out to customer service when my package was well over the time frame given for delivery and the tracking updates were at a standstill for weeks... but I never heard back from them at all. I thought my package was lost but thankfully I did end up receiving the item I bought. But what should have taken 7-10 business days to ship to Canada took over 20 business days. Very poor service and I won't be using them again.

My previous experience (in regards to the day I'm writing this) was actually my first time ordering from BodyCandy, and I was a little skeptical. The pieces were so unique and visually appealing, so I honestly thought the prices would be way higher than what I saw on the site. Oh boy was I wrong, the pieces are beautiful and cheap. Add that fact along with all of the discounts you could get every day? BodyCandy has become my one-stop-shop for piercings ever since that first order.

I did have a little bit of a challenge trying to determine which size I preferred as I'm still learning sizes. However, the selection was great.

I was looking for a thicker nose ring the only thing I will say is the website is hard to navigate and look at pictures I'm not an expert at size gauges and a picture of like a different display of that set of nose. Ring would've helped a little bit because now I just have a piece of hardware laying around.

The wrong nose hoop was sent to my daughter for Christmas that I ordered. After letting Body Candy know, they immediately apologized and sent the correct Nose Hoop which was actually ordered. Customer service and communication is awesome. I will be ordering again

I'm happy with the quality of Body candy - it is difficult to want to pay the price but it's honestly worth it. Better quality than anything I've seen in store. My stuff came pretty quick so I didn't have to wait forever for my new look.

Lots of designs to choose from. Difficult to find the right size, as I have a smaller face with smaller features. Didn't know what proper size to choose.

Order shipped out fast but delivery twas long. I was supposed to receive order December 23 and only received it 2 weeks later.

The checkout process is easy, just don't enjoy the multiple offers after purchase confirmation that don't align with anything I've previously purchased.
