The jewlery isn't practical especially for people with bigger features. I think they should do more with allowing you to refund the items b/c now I have a bunch of jewlery that doesn't fit. I also don't feel like it is fair for me to be unsatisfied and not receive my money back. They only offer store credit.

Shopping is fine. I like that I can filter by gauge, body part, price, color, theme, etc. Sometimes I don't know what I want, I just want to explore the inventory. The filters really help me narrow things down

I love body candy website and its products, but they need help in the shipping department. I live in East Providence and some streets run through Providence and I believe because of this my shipping address was confused with the "recommended shipping address" and my last two purchases were sent to the same address in Providence and not mine in East Providence, very frustrating.

Ive shopped with the company twice now and I have had positive experiences both times, from ease of checkout to delivery. I had an issue after my first order (was a glow in the dark ring), as the GITD material was chilling, and BodyCandy so generously refunded me my money for it. I'll be a return customer :)

It was great, everything I ordered arrived except for the alien dangles and I recieved a replacement for something with the same price but apparently the dangles didnt arrive because they were out of stock and it didnt say that anywhere, I only found out after the other jewelry already arrived and I spoke to customer service, it would be better if the page for the dangles said they were out of stock or if they were simply sent to me when they were back in stock instead of having to choose something else
I love the price, variety and look of all the navel jewelry. However, I have lost quite a few because the tops have not stayed screwed on very well. But for the price I can't complain!
