The staff are so quick to respond and they definitely helped me out a lot. It's a shame that the item I wanted had only one colour and sizing (please expand the range, I promise I'll come back).

The horseshoe nose ring is a joke. Not make well at all. I only had the nose ring in one day and the balls were as tight as they could possibly be. It fell out the next morning and I never found the pieces again. Pretty disappointing.

It was fine. Typical online shopping experience. However, I wish it would have specified that you need a special tool from them to get the nose ring on.
The product is amazing but the shipping protection wasn't much help! I filed a claim with USPS directly which resulted in my package being recovered in 24-48 hours even though Customer Care told me I had to wait 5-7 days to hear something back on a "claim" they filed with USPS on my behalf... USPS called me and explained the situation and everything. I never heard back from Customer Care until April 2,2026 asking if I received my order. My order was placed on February 5,2026.
Not as shiny as photos, said hypoallergenic however my nose flared up and I've not been able to keep them in more than 24 hrs, gutted that I spent so much and can't use

Price seemed like a great deal. On sale then free shipping but then they stated it was worth more then I paid for customs and I had to pay even more so ended up costing me more then original price plus shipping costs so will never be buying from again.

Not very good quality items. The color chipped off my tongue ring within 2 days. I don't play with it or chew on it and never have. The price was decent but this is another example of "you get what you pay for"
I like the jewelry. I ordered it before the 6 months of having the piercing though, so I have not been able to switch them out and wear them. They look nice though.

I can't wear the horseshoe as its toi fiddly and the double hoop has tarnished when wearing it for a week, agrivated my nose and causes slight inflammation.

I think Body Candy offers a huge selection of beautiful jewelry. Although, this was my first time ordering nose rings online and unfortunately both the options I of hoops I chose were too big and did not fit right.

Answer: Mine took 8 days including the weekend. Sometimes you can't track your order, call them if you're concerned.

Answer: They usually send them like a "regular mail" so the traking number may not work. Still if you send them a message trough facebook they will reply and try to help you. I had a really good experience with them. Hope you get your nose rings soon.
