I am very picky with the jewelry that goes into my piercings (I have 10 throughout my body) and this website is great. Very fast shipping and the listings are 100% accurate. LOTS of deals that I get emailed and texted about. The only "critique " I would have is to have more of a selection for floating naval piercings.
Love the designs and color options but have sensitive skin that works best with bio plastic so I can't explore all the extra fun styles.
I have always ordered from bodycandy since getting piercings. I have purchased nipple, tongue, nose and industrial jewelry. I love all of them! Only thing I would be interested in would be smaller lengthened industrial bars I have small ears and the 38 mm are too big which sucks but I still purchase them mainly for the balls so I can change the colors around in the shorter bars. But would be nice to have more than one small bar option.

I've ordered with body candy several times and I like the products I purchase however, some of the products I receive are flimsy. Like the balls easily break and once the ball is broken I can no longer use the jewelry. Also some of the jewelry turns green or makes my piercing holes an ugly green-blackish color.
Would have loved to find true titanium jewelry because my husband breaks out with the plated titanium that is offered on here. I would love to see more options for individuals with extreme allergies and can only pure titanium or better.

I was missing some of my previous orders, or got things that I didn't order instead of the ones I did, with no help from customers service
I received all of my purchases, however, one of the sets was missing just 1 nipple ring from the set. I emailed the company and did get an immediate response, however they were out of stock of that specific set. I didn't want to spend the money again for something different and the same thing possibly happen. The other sets were fine.
This site would get 5 stars if ALL my selections were available in my size. Zero complaints about the pieces I have purchased. I would have purchased more if they were available in my size (5mm gauges).

Beautiful jewelry and lots to choose from. Just wish it had more nose studs in gold and more size to choose from and not have to choose a bundle in order to just get the stud. But they have lots of jewelry and they are beautiful. I keep buying more.

Items always received, products true to description. Order confirmation emails are always sent but it would be helpful if a tracking email was sent when product is shipped.
I love searching by piercing and by whatever topic (beach, marine, bee) Delivery was fast. I can't change my piercing yet so I don't know about my skin reaction. BUT, I have 7 pieces to choose from when I can! My piercer recommended Body Candy.
