I emailed the company to find out how many grams of gold are in their solid gold jewelry. They were not helpful at all. All they gave me was the information already listed on the website. They never responded after my further questioning. So I didn't buy from them. Especially for the price I need to know how many grams of gold are in their gold products.

The jewelry is beautiful and navigation on the site was super easy. The delivery was also very good, but I have just experienced a better service when it comes to the sanitation of the jewelry during delivery and more simple but informative freebies on piercings in general from other sites.

Lol the pricing is like 15 for pieces that are the coolest and then 2 for the less cool ones which is a little irritating, but still pretty cheap so it's hard to be mad

I've ordered twice and unfortunatley both times I've had issues with the merchandise. Once was a quality issue that they replaced right away. Second was a description issue but they also replaced the item.

Love the stud. Cute, sits nice in your nose with a longer stem. Always now use this site for nose studs, especially the bone.

I've never had any issues with this company. Cheap prices with top tier quality jewelry. I've never ordered jewelry from any other site or place. Very prompt on damaged jewelry. Replacement was swift and delivered quickly. The issue was a cutting of small bag, probably in the package department. Once I brought it to BC... there was no issue and I received my Replacement in record time. Thank You Body Candy! I keep up with the fantastic deals and am a loyal customer.

I paid $39 two different times and would not open and the last one would not close so I'm out $80 I took a chance got a other tonight I didn't have to pay but $20 for it and I hope it works I been doing business with y'all for 3 or 4yrs now and I never had a problem with my order until the last two order I enjoying shopping with Body Candy but I do have to say it's been awhile since I've got anything off of website After experiencing the bad orders I was getting too scared to order anything and I took a chance tonight

Wayyy too many pop ups and offers at checkout. It would prevent me from shopping here again. If I want to be harassed like that, Ill go to Temu.

I have yet to recieve my order, there was an issue with the post office and returned back to your company once, now here it is November 19, and I still have not received my order. And NOONE has emailed me saying it was returned back to you guys!
