I'm so disappointed with my order. This is my first order with body candy and not a single one of my items worked out for me. From too big to too small to breaking in my mouth to not being able to even use it. Just feels like a waste of money to me and I'm disappointed with it all.

It's been pretty good only issue I don't really like the layout of the website and need more filters because it Is hard to find specific types unless I search
Overall it was very easy to order from BodyCandy. There was a good variety of styles to find and a nice selection. I did end up very unsatisfied with my purchase because I need a 5mm length bar for my forward helix piercing, but they only have 6mm at the smallest. So I tried it but it was too long and tore at my ear a bit due to the bulky (but really pretty) earrings I bought.
Easy to navigate website. Plenty of styles and designs! Inexpensive options available, as well as more pricey ones. And I greatly appreciate getting jewelry that doesn't turn after wearing for a day!

I never received a delivery confirmation email or any tracking information. I had to contact customer service to find out where my package was but they were very prompt and courteous with their response
Buying from body candy is a hit or miss. Its either amazing or subpar. I never love my order 100% but thats the risk you take ordering online e.
The nose ring is beautiful and everything shipped quickly. I just can't get the diamond to go back on to close it to wear it.

Answer: Mine took 8 days including the weekend. Sometimes you can't track your order, call them if you're concerned.
Answer: Call them. Email responses take forever. Slow customer service.
Answer: They usually send them like a "regular mail" so the traking number may not work. Still if you send them a message trough facebook they will reply and try to help you. I had a really good experience with them. Hope you get your nose rings soon.
