Excellent service. A lot of aftermarket parts available for older boats but was able to get original parts from Boats.net. Non original sometimes simply don't work!
I was very pleased with the price, even with shipping it was $20 below what my local dealer quoted. After I told him that I found it elsewhere and the price he magically was able to match it, but I am not playing these games with him and went ahead and ordered it. It arrived in just a few days and is an actual Mercury Marine part.
Easy website to maneuver and find what you need, but even the smallest items are expensive to ship so make sure you have a full cart or meet the criteria for free shipping. I forgot one gasket and will end up paying full shipping price. Also, items are slow to arrive compared to other websites.
Perfect tho for finding those parts you need when you have the item number. Easy shopping.

Product showed available with no shipping status. Customer service updated with status update of shipping out next day. Then I check status again and it shows not available until 3 weeks later. Tried contacting customer service again to no avail.

Had no problems ordering the part I needed as I had help from very helpful employee.
Boats.net was my go to before as their prices were fair and parts would show quickly when paid for expedited shipping. Parts used to come next day or may two days after ordered, now they show up 3-5 days after shipped even when I pay for expedited shipping(1-3 days). Wish they would go back to ups shipping and make their customers happy again.

Went to my local Mercury dealer for coils, plugs and wires. Price was too high and had to wait 7 days for delivery. You had them in stock and were at my door the next day for less.
