I recently received an order that was missing a part. Called Customer Service. They sent the parts quickly.

I repaired my aging, oil-burning Honda-powered lawnmower with an intake valve seal from Boats.net. The price was competitive and both the speed of shipping and the ability to track the shipment were a plus. Oil burning hasn't stopped completely—tired old piston rings are likely to blame—but has noticeably improved. I'd buy parts again from Boats.net without hesitation, which is the highest praise I can give in any review.

Great to have knowledgeable people you can quickly access for answers to questions, in this case for finding the right prop. Fast shipment and best price.

I have accumulated 3 used boats in recent years and am a newbie at outboard motor maintenance. Boats.net has made it easy for me to learn the parts I need and buy the ones that meet the specs for the motors I need to service which is a huge help. Product and delivery has also been great and at a very reasonable if not lower price than other sellers.

Like the title says, a good place and buy OEM parts. Being able to look at diagrams to make sure you are getting the right part makes it easy. Shipping is a little high if you need parts faster. But overall pretty good place.

Very quick to process order, now if we could do something snail mail! One package went all the way to Denver Colorado, didn't realize you need to go Denver to get to Arkansas! When you have a motor torn down waiting on parts that kinda sucks!

When I got to speak with a person they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again. My only complaint is their shipping fees for a very small order. $9.00 to ship an anode for a 5hp Honda outboard was a bit excessive.
