I would not buy anything from them since it's a total ripoff
I ordered a pressure washer by way of their Facebook advertising. I did not receive an order number or an email confirmation so I thought the order did not go through. Well, lo and behold, what comes in the mail but the pressure washer. OK, good. I have a project where I can use it.
Well, when I tried to attach it to my hose I discovered that the connector will not fully thread onto the hose. I tried three different hoses in the hope that, perhaps, it was due to a defect in my hose. Nope! The connector will not even connect to the hose adapter that came with it. Since it will not make a tight connection it does not seal and water spews out of the handle with only a trickle coming from the business end of the washer. Totally useless.
I sent an email to express my displeasure and (to their credit) I received a prompt response asking the nature of the problem followed by another email asking for an order number (which I did not get) and photos of the problem. After several back and forth emails they are now asking for a return of the product (at my expense) before they can send another one. The pressure washer is not very well made and I am not going to spin my wheels in an attempt to secure another one. I will most likely just throw it away and chalk it up to experience.
I should have known better and will definitely not buy any more products from this company.
Everyone who purchased something should contact the consumer hot line and get this fraudulent company out of their scamming business.
IT CAME AS RETURN, BOX WAS DAMAGE AND THE SCREEN CRACK... STAY AWAY FROM IS COMPANY... IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM... YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.
I always google for reviews but failed to do so this time. Learn my lesson for sure. Been waiting 4 weeks for the high pressure washer. Save your time & money.
Purchased and paid for some shoes. Not a word from them except that they got my money. Four weeks later, no shoes, no shipping info, nothing. I have complained and all I get is an e-mail saying "we're running behind" or "you're shipment is processing." No shoes. Terrible. But, I get plenty of e-mails with offers and asking me to rate their service, and PMs on FB with adverts. I've asked them to stop and they haven't.

Like everyone else, I fell for their scam and am paying for it. Hopefully they get shut down and put out of "business".
Ordered the High Pressure Power Washer on 5/4, received an email that said it had shipped (lie), and it is now 5/23 and tracking shows it is still waiting to be shipped.
Told support I wanted to cancel and was told I could NOT since the order was being processed. Had to wait until the order arrived (when?) and REFUSE to accept it.
What type of process is that?

I ordered BBA mats from them on the 10th of May said they would be here 5 to 8 day have not received them. This is the 22nd of May! Tried to contact could not except through email. VERY VERY POOR Service!
First time ordering on FB. After 15 days called them. Said it would be delivered in 5 days. No word from them, no delivery. Called my bank to dispute. Every time I call it says This mailbox is full. By the way, the number showed on my credit card transaction. *******388. Good luck!
Hose pressure washer took a long time to get here and is worthless! Not enough pressure to clean anything.
My order never arrived nor did I get an email confirmation of shipping. It's almost 2 weeks now, so I complained to my credit card company of non-delivery of goods.
Beware, these people take your order AND money quickly, but never send product. No phone number listed, email only. I've sent several emails each one stating my item was on "back order" so I requested a refund since they were not able to provide product. Well, needless to say that didn't happen! Still haven't received product! Nothing but a scam!
I am with you Phil, as I got the same treatment as you, same scripted response, out of stock and I ordered four weeks ago. Very poor response and no delivery. I hope unlike me and you, others read this and save their money. Please Please... Read review on this site before you commit your hard earned money like I did. BE VERY WEARY THIS SEEMS A HOAX. Again the pipe is not as claimed but attached to a Power Washer... Pathetic Company

Should have read the reviews before ordering. This is a scam outfit. I'm reporting them to Toronto BBB, Chamber and OPD.
I ordered a high pressure power washer in April 2017 have not received, the money came out of my checking account immediately. Beware fraud rip off.
Placed order on 4/13/17. My credit card was charged immediately. I have still not received the item... they have stopped responding to my emails. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I could have bought the same item at Bed Bath and Beyond for less..
Obviously this is a scam internet company. Just look at these reviews! One of the first times I purchased from Facebook ad and was ripped off. Fortunately I used Pay Pal and they will charge back the con artists and refund my $20 something bucks. My question: does Facebook provide a method to report this and get these ads pulled from our feed or are they just interested in the advertising $$$? If anyone is familiar, please advise.
