Placed an order and paid for it. It's been 18 days and always get the run around on reply emails. I will not order anything else from them and will continue to harass them until I get my money returned.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I ordered an item from them on 04/22/17 and it still hasn't been delivered even though it was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 business days. I should have read reviews before I ordered. Don't be scammed!

I have still not received my order that was placed on April 8th! When I requested a refund they said my order was lost in transit! Was supposed to be here May 1st. Terrible company! I am reporting to BBB.

Watch out, this company will take your money and you will never receive the product. They advertise on Facebook frequently so I believe this is where they get most of their scam business. They are filthy con artists. Stay away, you will NEVER get what you ordered.
I have been waiting a month for a power washer. Tried to email them at their help site and got the message that the site wasn't accepting any emails. Getting ready to call the credit card company.

This HAS TO be the worst company out there. It is so bad that i actually went out of my way to write a review.
Purchased a cellphone charger from them the end of march 2017. After weeks and weeks of waiting, I still hadn't received it or heard anything from them. I looked back in my emails and discovered that i had never even been sent a notification with tracking info. So in the beginning of may, i reached out to them and they got back to me a few days later saying i had given them the wrong address and that it was "returned to them". I looked at the address they had and it was the CORRECT address. So i gave them the same address (again) and they are sending it to me. Ill believe it when i see it (in my mailbox).
Purchased and paid for item on 4/3/17. Its 5/3/17 and no item, no "it was shipped", no way on their site to check STATUS (which is pathetic not to have). They only respond if you contact them via email saying, "oh, its on back-order" but they will not professionally do so by contacting you. They are a horrible organization as evidenced by their rating, and I will never use them again and advise no one does... They got 1 Star from me because I could not give a ZERO.
I purchased two Picture Keeper drives to transfer photos from my phone to my computer. These USELESS drives arrived with absolutely NO DIRECTIONS on how to use. This company should be OUT OF BUSINESS. If you are stupid enough to buy ANYTHING from them, YOU DESERVE IT!
Well it took soooo long to come and didn't come special battery cord and charger. Which different web sites sells cheaper and with all parts. Almost 10 emails back and forth asking and finally telling me it doesn't come with battery or cord or charger. How useless is that. What am I gonna do with this? Where am I gonna get charger for this. It's scamming web sites. No I paid $25 for trash.
I ordered a set of earphones which seemed to be a good deal and promised five to seven day shipping. 3 weeks later I emailed them and receive the reply the next day from Patrick S stating that due to an unexpected delay my product was being backordered and I would receive it in 4 to5 more business days and also offered me a 10% off coupon. A week later I emailed them again and received a response that they were looking into it. Finally received my merchandise three days later. This was meant to be a gift for someone... guess that didn't happen.

Ordered two headlamps. I finally received the merchandise and discovered that the lamps did not have batteries or recharger, as the units were advertised as rechargeable and use an uncommon rechargeable battery type. Contacted BoardwalkBuy and was told that the units did not include batteries or recharger and that that was explained on their website. It certainly wasn't explained in their Facebook ad, which is where I ordered from. How can they offer something as rechargeable when they don't supply those components? When one purchases something that is advertised as rechargeable it is implied that it comes as a complete package. This company is a scam and must be avoided

Bought a led flashlight. Bought high-end batteries. Though the batteries were the right number, the size was different. I find that the batteries from overseas have a couple different sizes, for the SAME NUMBERED batteries! Well, have bought some more lately, and have used the batteries OK. Check out things carefully when ordering from China.
I ordered a brown purse from Boardwalk buy and received it fairly promptly, but zipper kept splitting. I emailed them and they promptly send another one, only this one was baby poo beige. Brought this to their attention and they sent "another one" to me. This one was a brown backpack... not even resembling the bag I first ordered. Sigh. Still waiting for the next one they promised. Maybe they'll get it right this time. One can only hope. I'm not sure how so many mistakes could've been made.
