I am currently waiting for 2 orders that promised 5-7 days delivery. Neither will even be shipped in that time frame let alone be delivered. Both are out of stock and are listed as unfulfilled. I only found this out after I emailed them asking where the product was, These items are still being advertised as delivery in 5-7 days and they know they don't even have the product in stock.
They list fast shipping and state it will be shipped within 24 hours. Two weeks later it still shows as unfulfilled. I email the company and receive a reply that they had a unexpected increase in sales and that it would be 4-5 days. When I reply back asking if that is 4-5 days before it is shipped or until I receive it. I get a response from the same person, with a totally different reply and that the will ship it as soon as they receive it from their vendor. When I question him about this, I get a reply that he will check into the matter. He NEVER could answer what he meant by 4-5 days. I had to ask for a refund and file suit with PayPal before I got the product. I looked on the postmark and it was marked the same day I opened a PayPal complaint.
I bought one compression t-shirt and was charged for two no one has contacted me to tell me anything about what happened.

Customer service once you have bought anything does not exist. One would think that being located in Canada they would know how our system of GST works, apparently not!
Order number *******: Where is my merchandise? It's been three weeks. Representative Cindy L. Assured me via e-mail on 3/10/2017 the matter would be resolved. Then gave me a code for 10% off my NEXT ORDER?! SERIOUSLY?! Why would I order anything from you people when my original order has not, and from what I am experiencing, will not be fulfilled. I will NOT do business with you people anytime in the future and I will be telling everyone to stay away unless they want nothing at all for their money.
I bought 2 items from this garbage Co. As Gifts. They came in damaged. The company wants me to send it back with my money to ship back and will refund the cost less shipping. This account to about $7.00 on a sale of $14.00. I should have looked at the reviews before I bought this.
I ordered a product from a similar company. Did not receive product. Did not receive e-mails when requested. Did not return phone calls. They, did, however, try to charge me for the same product, as well as S&H 3 months in a row. I called my bank, received back my money and had my account blocked. When you www some type of advertisement like this; especially posted on FB or on the side type the company into the Google Box, and you will see the reviews. Normally, these are BOGUS companies out to scam. BEWARE!
Ordered 2 hairbands for my daughter; confirmation email stated it would arrive in 5 to 7 business days. It's now been just over a month & they still have not arrived. Been emailing their "customer service" & all I'm getting is "standard form" replies (excuses) with offers of 10% off my next order (yeah, right!). Lesson learned... this "company" is nothing but a scam. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! Unless you just want to give your money away; if that's the case, please get in touch with me.
I ordered something from them for my husbands birthday, two weeks before his birthday. Long story short after three emails back and forth and a faulty tracking number, still nothing! This is a month and a half later by the way and i was originally told i would receive it within 48 hours smh never again!
I don't know where you are from but look at your ratings... I would not buy from your company with all of the bells and whistles going off... all these bad reviews mean STAY AWAY FROM BoardwalkBuy.
Ordered Magnetic Tourmaline Neck Pad and told shipping was now going to be 2-4 weeks. Eight weeks later and several emails requesting order to be cancelled and money refunded, I was told they instead reprocessed the order and it would take another 5 to 7 days. Also if I didn't want it I could then send it back for a refund.
I bought the magnetic neck warmer, oh my goodness, I could get something better made from the dollar store!
Saw all the bad reviews and ordered anyway. Item arrived within 6 days from order and so far item works great
To reinforce the other reviewer, it was not only just a piece of cheap material, it even had Chinese writing on it. Not at all what I needed for my neck problem.
It simply doesn't work. I bought 3. Only 2 arrived, but I tried out both of them. They connect to an app on your phone just great. The problem is that even keeping the device close to the phone, the device shuts off after a few minutes and doesn't keep track of your keys or whatever you have it attached to. Then you receive an annoying alarm, usually just after you've fallen asleep telling you it's no longer connected. Don't waste your money. Not worth it. I pitched mine and kept the batteries.
On my recent order of three items, one had a defect, Item: Waterproof Military Waist Pack - Black, for $9.95. Upon receipt the back side of the pouch, the right belt loop snap is weak and will not stay snapped closed when I try to wear it, making it useless. I emailed their customer service, their response was for me to take a picture of the product and email it to them - really? Taking a picture of a weak snap, how ignorant is that request. I just threw it away. Don't buy from them, as their products seem cheaply made and their customer service is just to delay you long enough, so you will give up. Buyer beware.
Sent faulty item with no instructions and I have to pay way over-priced shipping BOTH WAYS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never again!
Bought a product that was recommended by a daily newspaper. When it arrived it was faulty. Absolute pain to accept I could return it, but had to fund the return myself. Under the relevant trading law they cannot do this, they have to refund shipping costs, but continue to refuse. They keep quoting their T's & C's but they are incorrect. Do not buy from there crooks cos if it's faulty & there seems to be a lot of faulty stuff sold, you will be further out of pocket. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Look at their website "values" if you want a laugh. They have no values, morals or conscience
Refuse to refund if product does not work. Finally had to get my money back through Paypal. Fought with this company for over a month to try and settle this!
