Never again. Poor quality and customer service. NO 100% satisfaction! Don't even bother with Anything they sell

I ordered products and was charged shipping. A package came with postage due. Had to drive 20 miles each way to town to pick it up. Before I picked it up, I sent an email to the company. This was their reply -

When I picked up the package and paid the postage due, it was indeed from them. Now I am told it will take up to 5 days or more to process a refund. WHAT A RIPOFF.

Ordered an MP4 player about a week ago,. Came on here today to see what others said about the company, as I was having second thoughts about the situation. Have read nothing but bad reviews of this company. I was beginning to think I may have been scanned and said as much to my husband. Imagine my surprise, when I went to the mailbox today and the MP3 player was there waiting for me. Impressed it showed up, but not very impressed with the quality of it. It is cheaply made and not sure how it will stand up to the use of an 8 and 6 year old.
It looks similar to an iPod, but the wheel is crooked. There were no real instructions included ( not that I need them) and the plastic case was sealed with scotch tape.
When I plugged it into my computer to charge it (arrived dead), there were already songs on it.
Will not order from this company again. I will stick to Wish and Wayfair.

I bought a hair straightener brush from them, it was a complete piece of junk and didn't work. I returned it, and after 2 months asked where the refund was, and they said that if I didn't provide them the tracking number, they wouldn't refund my money. At that point, I didn't have the tracking number anymore, so I was out the money. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and try to get my money back that way. When I fought it with Boardwalk Buy, they simply offered a 15% off coupon, which I did not want, obviously. They kept my money AND product. Total sccammers - chinese based company that doesn't give AF about customer service.

I ordered two Bluetooth shower speakers... they took forever to send them out so instead of being Christmas gifts they turned into Valentine's gifts... I opened one when it arrived and it worked great... the other was opened as a Valentine's gift and the charger did not work (right out of the package). I contacted them and they said sorry it's been 30 days... but here's 15% off your next purchase... NO THANK YOU! I ordered two items and had two problems (late arrival and defective product that wasn't replaced). Never ordering from here again and I advise no one to order from here.

I order on 12/30/16 expecting maybe 7-10 days after not receiving it within the expected time I instant messaged the company as this was the way they sent me my order confirmation, they told me they could not find my order even tho I gave them the order number. After messaging further details about the order they took 3-4 days to respond when they told me they were sorry for the inconvenience but they would research it and get back with me. The never did. So I emailed them, again another 7-8 days went by when they responded with a auto response saying they would look in to my issue and offer a 10% off my next purchase (no thanks at this point) long story short after 6 weeks I finally received a response that supposedly the items I ordered were on back order I should expect them the end of that week. I waited til the end of that week nd nothing... I waited another 5-6 days just to give them the benefit of the doubt, still nothing. So i disputed the charge with my bank and they refunded the money. Oddly enought the VERY NEXT DAY Boardwalk sent me an email the the items shipped. Dont know what to say about that but I dont think I will do business with them again.

The other reviews already highlight the problems, so I won't go into chapter and verse.

In summary, an order placed for goods to be shipped in 1-2 days have not materialised, Chasers get various excuses, from 'it's out of stock and we're getting it in next week' to 'it's being processed'.

Needless to say it's six weeks later and nothing received.

These crooks won't even let you cancel your order!

This is now in the hands of our credit card company to cancel our transaction.

AVOID THESE BANDITS

I ordered the heating neck pad and received it quickly BUT it was sent from China, had a funny smell and it was the cheapest made item I've ever seen, no instructions. After putting it on, within 10 minutes I was having an asthma attack from the smell or some kind of allergic reaction to something in it. I threw it away. Boardwalkbuy is a China import product marketing site. Beware of the cheap quality and unethical products they use that can be harmful. No where on my order did I see this was coming from China.

I agree with "stay clear of this company." They are terrible. The hair straightener marketed for "all hair types" does not work on curly hair and company refused to take back. The item also arrived on 12/27 despite being ordered three weeks before Christmas. The second item on the order was never shipped - though when I did complain at the same time as straightener, they said they would send "another" but I am not hopeful about the quality of that item.
