I ordered a hose nozzle over 30 days ago. Delivery was listed as 5-7 days. Still don't have it. I can't find any customer support information on their website. Price on their site was about the same as other sites. Do not buy from them.
When i finally told them to cancel the orders.
They informed me it was too late.
Called the credit card company and then refused their shipments 2 months later.
Will never use them for anything.
I order two months ago still didn't get it they sending me the dame email saying it in back order I t been two months now smh how can I getcmy money back
Took 30 days for my order. Was continuously took my order would arrive in 2-4 days, would never order form this site again. When received order to instructions. What a waste of time and money
I ordered 2 of them back in May still haven't received my product I want my money back you have no way to contact them just email I will never order anything else from them in my life stay away!
Don't waste your money... product is a piece of crap. You wait for it to come only to get a product that is absolutely horrible.
, received my power washer after SIX weeks. No directions in the box. What was the extra black piece that was in the box for? Also what is the little knob on the side for? I wanted it to clean a brick patio but it doesn't do any more than my hose nozzle on a high spray. SO disappointed.
This company is awful. It took about 3 weeks to receive my first order and it ended up being the wrong size, I had to pay for the shipping back and about 4 weeks later I get the exchange product which was a completely different swimming suit than I ordered. Would not send me a return label even though I have no use for it. Said please don't send my real order, just give me a refund, told me to deny the delivery but I was out of the country so couldn't. Will not send me a return label. I now have two crap swimming suits and lost the cost of the suit and first return. Offered me a 15% discount on next purchase even though it's pretty clear I will never buy from them again.
Ordered on May 19th and received an email stating that they shipped my item on May 25th. June 7th I checked my tracking number with DHL and the only thing that they had was that the item was on it's way to them. I called DHL and they state that they do not have the item. I message Boardwalk Buy on the same day and have yet to hear anything from them. Looks like I will be contacting Paypal to see about what I can do to get a refund as well as call the BBB and ripoffreports.
Ordered over a month ago, never received product yet they took my money and kept giving false promises! This company is a SCAM!
I ordered on May 15th they said 5-7 business days it's June 7th and I still have not received my order. I asked for a refund they claim my item is being processed. I will never order from them again.
I received mine today after placing the order on May 3. It came in a plain cardboard box with no product label card and no second nozzle. AND, when I tried to connect it to my hose, it would not work. A real POS.
I had no problems with this company. I ordered my daughter a swimsuit (which we couldn't find anywhere else, so we took a chance despite the negative reviews). It was only $20 so I wasn't expecting too much. But it arrived quickly and was of good quality. It looked just like the pictures. My daughter was happy with it and so was I. Give this company a chance.
I order this over a month ago and still haven't received it. I contacted them asking for a refund and they give me nothing but the run around. They continue to tell me that they got a new shipment and they give me a tracking number but it never arrives.
I strongly suggest not to buy from them.
I ordered some umbrellas from the same company CaseScense and have been talking to Jorge who was suppose to replace my defected umbrellas i sent him a video of and now he just dodges me. What business does that and expect to keep good customers. The umbrellas that was not defected, my manager saw and wanted me to order her one. I just was silences and said let me see something first. So i sent him another email and still no response. Until i get the order for what i paid for, you'll will have a bad reputation.
Don't buy it's a scam! Do your research no one gets their product! They won't send refunds this is the worst site ever!
I seem to one of many fools that did not check this company out before I placed an order with tbem. I also ordered a power washer on 5/5/17 and after 12 emails with them about false/incorrect tracking info, as of 6/2/17 I have not reveived my order or been able to cancel the order and receive a refund. Do not try to do business with this company.
I placed an order for an inflatable unicorn on the 17th of May. The item description stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and delivered in 2-4 business days. They sent me a tracking number and billed my credit card on the 19th of May. It is now May 31st and the item still has not arrived, nor has DHL received the package. I have sent several emails and all I get are empty promises. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.
After I ordered an item from Boardwalk Buy, I became concerned that it hadn't arrived. It was just at the 7 business days. I did a search to see about order tracking and found this site. I became very concerned and felt thankful that at least I might only lose $15. I emailed them to see if I would get a response and surprisingly they responded right away. Then I check my email this morning and there is a reply with tracking info. I go check my mail and there it is. I wanted to side with everyone and say stay away, but I couldn't. They were timely with order turn around, email response and delivery of product. The product was of decent quality as well. So I guess, maybe buying from Boardwalk buy may be a crap shoot, but it was a good experience for me.
I purchased a Jacket which when arrived was way to small. Their is no customer service number and no return address. Their is a website that you can send a message to them but good luck on getting any satisfaction. I have posted a warning to anyone buying from these scammers located in Canada on 'Facebook'. I urge everyone to do the same. Lets put these people out of business.
