Buyer beware - they take your money very quickly and then you can't get your order... they tell you it is backordered, then they tell you that you made a mistake on the order, then they tell you it arrived at the destination country and cannot be tracked from there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS... you cannot get your money back and you cannot get your order either. SCAMMERS! They should be ashamed for taking people's hard earned money... BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered an item and never got it. Said it's delivered when I checked my track number but never received. When I contact them on Facebook message they gave me automatic message and never gave me an answer. So I harassed them over E-mails and message for over months they finally gave me my money back but it was very stressful and took me more than 4months to get it taking care off. NEVER AGAIN!
We are not at all happy with the customer service department. We need to return the
Water jet cleaning solutions, and they came short of calling me a liar. My husband purchased one and so did I. He said that I only show that we purchased one. My husband ordered his on TV and they said that they do not advertise on TV, yet on their web site they have a whole section of Items shown on TV. I sent pictures of the 2 and I keep getting the email back as undelivered.
No product sent, no updates, no... don't order from this company! No phone number for customer service. Reply to complaint was repetitive saying reorder was necessary due t lo l arge volume of orders.
Do not order from this company. You will not get your product they will take your money and you won't have any recourse to get it back because they're based out of the UK.

Worst experience I've ever had with a company. It's been 6 weeks and still no delivery of the item I purchased. Their customer service is non existent. Their use of DHL (bulk mailing service) to deliver makes it hard to find any answers. Tracking always shows error through DHL.
I order the hose attachment turns your hose into a power sprayer. Got a shipping number and the order hasn't still been pick up. Called the shipping company and was told they ship bulk and haven't told them to come get it. I have tried and tried to contact the company and I get no response. Even tho on Facebook messenger the auto reply says someone will contact you in 24-48 hrs. It's been a week and half.
Bought non pull dog leash for twenty dollars. So cheaply made it broke the first time I ever used it..
I ordered a 100 " garden hose paid extra for shipping took a month to get it just after I contacted Paypal.) only to realized I got 50 " and not 100". Do not trust them.
I will never order from them again. What a joke. If you decide to order something be aware buyer be aware! You may get it as stated or months or never. Very poor company in my opinion and will tell everyone I know about my experience.
I ordered Arthritis gloves for my elderly father received the order within one week. The gloves do help him but they wear out in a couple of months. He had 2 pairs switched them out to wash. He wore them 24/7 they help with the pain the price is reasonable so I give them a thumbs up.
I ordered from this company over a month ago. I was told my item would ship in 24 hours. 2 weeks later, I received a tracking number that didn't even exist. When I contacted them, I was told at that point, my item was on backorder and I would receive it by the end of the week. No one even bothered to let me know that until I contacted them. So, I got a tracking update tonight stating my package had been delivered to the "door/front porch." I would be really happy if I lived in Louisiana, but I live in Nashville Tennessee. Hopefully I can get my money back... Im not very hopeful.

Zero communication after they take your money. Had to contact PayPal and start a dispute. Ordered over a month ago, paid extra for the "tracking" and still have heard NOTHING. Trying to contact them is a ping-pong of trying to get information from consistently different people, explaining and re-explaining. I'll never buy off the internet again.
This stores kept us posted on our order. They gave us the option of cancelling the order due to the shipping delay. We did not cancel and we are very happy with the purchase. Good customer service.
I placed an order and was told 5-7 days shipping. It has now been a month and I still have not received my item. I requested a refund and was offered a 15% coupon.
So sorry and shocked to read all the bad reviews about this company. I ordered a pair of hair comb straighteners. They said it would take a couple of weeks to deliver. It arrived in about a week and I am very happy with my purchase. I missed the first delivery due to being at work and I emailed them and received a swift response with instructions on what to do. However my item was delivered the next day. No problems and very happy.
Ordered a swim suit 2 months ago for my Mexico trip. Still haven't gotten it and no customer service. They got me for some money. What a scam.
Still trying to get my order. They took my money April 27th and I still have not received my item! No phone number, just emails back and forth! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
