In early June, I ordered an item from Boardwalkbuy.com. I needed it then for a household project. After three weeks or so, I had not received the item, so I contacted the company, only to find out that the order had not yet been filled. I asked them to cancel the order. They refused giving me some exclude as to why they could not do this. Weeks later, the item arrived. I contacted them again and told them I was sending it back refused and unopened. Weeks have gone by, and you guessed it -- no refund has been posted to my account. What a terrible company!

I placed an order on July 31 for some plantar fasciatus socks and they still haven't arrived. The tracking information stopped on August 3. I have left a few emails and they respond, but with the same stupid information that I already have. Today is August 10 and I wonder if I will ever receive the product that I paid for... they sure did charge my credit card right away, but I have to wait and wait and I can't even speak to anyone... this place sucks. NEVER again will I order from them!

I ordered a dual controlled dog leash that took 8 weeks to arrive and only after I inquired that I had not received. They sent me a regular dog leash with an attachment to connect to my 2 dogs. Not what was advertised by a longshot. Then you have to pay for return and hope that they will refund. A rip off company. Buyer beware... I recommend you do not purchase anything from this company and hopefully they will go out of business soon.

I Live Near the Home office of this Company in West Seneca.(Too Bad they don't have Free Pickup there) I Ordered an item that had to be shipped from Mississauga Ontario Canada, about an hour away if traffic is moderate. Took 2 weeks to get it over the Border, then they say 6 weeks after that you should get the product at your door. Unacceptable. I could have driven there & got it in ONE DAY. This is Rediculous. Customer Service did respond quickly but what good is that to me?

After waiting for a month for an order to arrive after PAYING EXTRA for faster shipping I contacted their "customer service". I put that name in quotation marks because there was nothing helpful about it. I was told the package was being processed and should arrive soon. I waited another week and asked them to cancel the order. They couldn't do that because my items were in the process of being sent. I contacted them again after 6 weeks of waiting and was told that the product is no longer available and that I would receive a refund. Great! Why then, did the others who contacted me claim that my items were being processed? BAD EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND.

I ordered a bathing suit and it did not look anything like the picture. I did not like it and so I returned it. I did not keep my receipt from the post office when I shipped it back. I have been trying to get my money back but they keep making me jump through all hoops in order to get it back. Once I give them information they ask for, they say they need something else. I am so tired of dealing with them. I now know why they don't have customer service phone numbers... all they would get is complaints all day long.
