Faulty product
October 25, 2017

I did receive my product 25 days after purchase. However, I was surprised nothing was damaged because of poor packaging from CHINA. I purchased the Snapup Shelves and they failed miserably. The wouldn't stay up on the walls regardless of the composite of the wall. There just is not enough pressure to hold them. If they could fix that issue they would be great, they are sturdy and well sized. Too bad they don't work as advertised. I'm waiting for instructions for return and refund. I will Review that if or when that happens.

RIPOFF

This company told me my order was on its way. Tracking number provided did not work, and order was never shipped. Requested refund numerous times, wouldn't do it.
They charged my card, never shipped the order. Do not buy from this lying, thieving dirtbag of a company. Rating should be no stars.

Bougjt two Anti Snore Device Sleep Aids from this so called company. If they worked I'd be happy, but they dont work. They are just a plastic pieces of junk the they conveniently say no returns on for hygenic purposes. This would be ok IF they did something more than just stick out if your nose. Taking it up with Paypal now!

Terrible shipping

I ordered two very expensive snorkel face goggles. They sent me a notice they were shipped almost immediately. They never showed! I complained and they showed me new information they had shipped. I may never see my 100.00 dollars or the product again judging from other reviews. My bad, check reviews first!

Scam. Took my money. Never got the item. Apparently it's not just me. Many in the same boat. They are supposedly in Canada. Can Canadians just rip off Americans legally? Must be some recourse. Department of Commerce? They should be banned.

Bought a flat iron from here paid express for shipping and it took longer than the 2 day I paid for, I reached out to the shipper and they apologized and give me a 15% for the next use but I have not shopped here after do not want to take the chance, but product was ok =

They advertise free shipping, free returns, which is FALSE! I got my refund, and $6.50 had been deducted for shipping, and I paid $4.00 to return product, unused, in original package, in perfect condition. $10.50 to return a $33.00 sale... Bogus claims by this company...

One month and still no product. Tracking email indicates product is still in Canada,
At least I didn't loose big money - I'll consider this the cost of learning a lesson and research more before buying. I did look at their reviews from their site when I ordered - all were very good - duh!
Bogus "company" stay away!
Also sent email to them via their web site asking if they could check my order - OF COURSE - no reply.

This company does not stand by their product and when you ask to get a refund they do not want to pay your shipping and handling that they charged you then want you to pay shipping and handling to send it back the power washer wand is total junk your sprayer at your kitchen sink has more pressure than the power washer wand I am advising anybody that is trying to buy something for this company to go shop elsewhere

Not what it appears to be

While I will say the order time for me was fine and I was sent tracking information... it arrived in the original box like some one just threw in the mail. One side completely opened. Surprised it didn't get lost by falling out. Used it on wood deck and really nothing. We used on siding of home after algaecide was applied and it was helpful. But other than that save your money.

Don't buy from this company! They are deceitful. I bought this "power washer"... they said it would ship in 5-7 days... It took almost 3 weeks (after I sent 3 emails asking where it was... they surely took my money right away!) When I finally got the item... had to pick it up from the post office myself), it was packed in a shabby generic brown cardboard box... just thrown loosely into the box... it was not packaged in original packaging and the accessories that they advertised were included were not there, nor any instructions on how to use it. And it was defective. The trigger of the wand was jammed. It was obviously a defective item that was returned to them, which they just passed on to the next fool! I sent several emails and their response was how sorry they were that I was not satisfied. If I returned the item to them (at my expense) they would reimburse me what I paid to purchase it... nothing about the cost I incurred to have it sent in the first place (about $5 shipping to me and I am sure it would be $5 to return it to them- half the cost of the item). I then went online to look at their ratings... found one comment who returned an item she was not "satisfied" with to learn that they received it too late to offer her a rebate... said it needed to be returned 7 days after she had ordered it. Well since I didn't get my "wonderful power washer" for almost 3 weeks after I had ordered it, I could imagine the outcome if I spent the additional money to return this piece of junk. If you really want one of these, check it out on Amazon... they sell it for less and you can count on their professional dealings. These people are scum!

We were charged for our order on August 6. It is August 30, and we have not received the order. Contacted Boardwalkbuy for the tracking number, and they said they could not find one. They then asked for a copy of our credit card bill showing the line item charge. We didn't know the company was in Canada. I am calling my credit company today instructing them to not pay this company due to non deliverance of merchandise.

Customer service, Patrick specifically is likely a computer and sends the standard (same) response. I purchased something and they sent the wrong item and he keeps saying it was the correct item. It clearly is not and I sent them pictures and they don't care... it's a true scam! Scammers Scammers Scammers... They won't let me return them either so I am screwed either way! Do not purchase anything from this company! They are liars!

HORRIBLE!

I placed an order July 16th and have yet to receive my order. I have emailed them multiple times and I keep getting the same story. "It's enough and shou, d arrive in 7-10 days" I was told last week that if I didn't receive it by Monday (yesterday) that they would resend even tho I have asked many times for a refund and have been denied. I emailed yesterday to say I haven't received it yet and got a response of "please wait 4-6 days" I went to respond to that and now have been blocked from sending emails. This order wasn't just a few dollars either was a substantial amount of money I am out.
There shouldn't be an option for a star rating for them.
RUN LIKE HELL!
