I placed my order Nov. 28th for a couple of Christmas presents. I didn't get them until the day after Christmas taking almost a month to get here. A loom bracelet that I ordered has 600 pieces and it came with a bag of rubber bands and a hook with no instructions or even a picture to figure it out!
I have purchased two i-Easy USB flash drives. They came in the right colors I purchased but they don't work at all. They look so cheaply made, they look like two pieces of metal rods. I want a full refund and they alternatively offer 20% discount of future purchases if I kept the product. Are you kidding me? I do not ever intend to purchase anything from BoardWalkBuy ever again. Don't be deceived by thinking you got a good deal from this company.
I ordered from them with hesitation. After I ordered was when I discover all the negative reviews. I actually got my products rather quickly to my surprise. It was junk. Absolute junk. This company is not out of the u.s. and they have east coast shipping their junkie product. They Banned Me from leaving any types of messages on their Facebook site. I guess they didn't like what I had to say. I couldn't instant message them anymore because they blocked me from that too. But I did get an email from them stating they talk to the manager of the warehouse and that they would give me 20% if I kept the product. What a joke. It doesn't work and not only that, it seems a lot of things dont work. It's a shame there are so many fraudulent companies out there like this on Facebook and as a buyer you have to do your research before giving you money up. My bank had no problem giving me my money back that's for sure.
Stay away from this company. The only contact is via email which they send you the same dumb pre written response. I haven't received my order I have never gotten an update or an actual response.My bank is putting my Money back in my acct and I contacted the BBB and they are already fully aware of this crooked company. This Company is a scam.
All these reviews are really scary I ordered a bomber jacket for Christmas for my daughter and i have been writing them and nothing, Calling my Bank
Most of your orders are coming from China. It will take more than a month to receive them. There's no customer service to address any problem other than sending an email. Stay away...
The owner of this company doesn't care about the shipping of the products. They don't care if they are selling faulty and defective. Poor agents they are the one who is having a hard time to the company's fault
Ordered in September. By December I hadn't received. They keep giving excuses - I keep demanding a refund. I don't hold out a lot of hope. December 12 - got my refund!
We ordered 1 item from BoardwalkBuy and they charged our account 4 times for the same order. We notified Visa and disputed the charges. Visa refunded our account for 3 of the bogus charges, we paid the one we owe. Watch it!
I tried to purchase from them but too many games and hidden charges. I "spun the wheel" and won $5 which was enough to cover shipping, but then could not check out. They did not respond to repeated messages. If you order from them, be sure to check the shipping fee. I added one free item and my shipping fee went from $4.95 to over $100! I have never seen anything like this and I have been shopping online since the 90's!
I purchased a dress and when I received it 3 weeks later, not the 5-7 business days as stated at the time of purchase, it looked NOTHING like the dress on the website! The dress is much shorter and poorly made, I wouldn't be caught dead in it. I sent an email but haven't received a response. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I was amazed at the speed of service. I got my first order and I love it, can't wait to receive my 2nd order! High quality products!

This is one of the least reliable retail sites available on-line. My order was placed on October 18th... and promised in "5-7 business days." More than 20 "business" days later there is no sign of the order. Repeated contacts with the company are met with "in transit" promises. Goodness knows if it will ever get here, but the need for the item has passed! Strongly advise against doing business with BoardwalkBuy.

I ordered a number of products from this company (Nov. 2017) and all of them came in within the 5 shipping days as promised! Everything worked fine (I purchased some electronic stuff). After reading the reviews I was really nervous and had contacted them to ensure I would receive product - they got back to me the same day! Whatever was happening to cause bad reviews - I have not experienced it and would order again from them.
Horrible service. Wish I could give zero stars they sent faulty items played games would not return money. Finally had to get PayPal involved. If you do not take all these bad reviews as a warning please pay through PayPal so they can protect your purchase. If the items do not come or are faulty PayPal has your back!
This sham of a company ripped me off just like so many others. Don't waste your time, energy or money. Everyone needs to spread the word that this is not a reputable business. Luckily for me, I am only out a little bit of money, about $13. Horrible company.
