Ive ordered a phone case 8 days ago... but cant track my status... funny theres no phone number only email to contact them... they keep apologizing and offering a %15 discount... why would I order anything else when my first item havent arrived... full of excuses no action
Purchased a wireless phone charger that was advertised for use with all Samsung phones and on their web site at a reg price of $119.00 on sale for $19.99
Knew it was too good to be true but against my better judgment ordered it anyway. I have to say it arrived promptly, within a few days but that's where the good news ends. I opened it and the box appears to have had been opened before, so I took the item out and I thought it was a toy! It had the charger itself ( generic) and a wire but no plug for any power source. I happened to have a few plugs so plugged it in and nothing! My phone is 3 times bigger than the little disc they called a wirless charger. It was just junk from China, something you would find at a flea market for 5 dollars. I couldn't see anyone paying $ 119 for this piece of garbage. So I immediately packed it up in the original packaging and emailed for instructions to return it and get my money back.
This is where they scam you on cheap items. So I paid $19.99 plus $ 5.00 for shipping. Now that I want to return it I have to send it back on their terms which includes sending the item back using a tracking number. They won't accept it with out a tracking number and you have to include the tracking number in the email along with all the other details. The cheapest method of putting this in the mail with tracking was $10.15. So so far I've spent over $15 on shipping for a worthless piece of junk that was $19.99.
I suppose they figure with the high cost of shipping unwanted items back, people would just keep it even though it's junk. I bit the bullet and shipped it back on principle. Lesson learned!
Save your money folks these people are just selling worthless junk from China and passing it off as quality merchandise. I have found better items in a crackerjack box for less than a dollar!

Right after that, I contact as soon as possible with there care support team to have a replacement then after the negotiation, I returned the items. 7 days later finally, I received the replacement with no defect and perfectly working at my MG. After waiting TWO MONTHS for my order, one item didn't arrive with the order. They make excuses and the only offer is a 15% discount on future orders. Everything is cheap junk with no instructions.
I bought many items from this company this 2018, it took a long time to received the orders, but when they arrived:, wrong items sent, some missing items, unhelpful customer services, no label on products, no product description, cheap looking jewelry.

I should have read the reviews before buying from this website. I ordered an item from this website on March 22,2018 and today is April 17,2018 still waiting. I contact the customer service, Angelica response was the same response that some of these customers received. I ask for a refund, Angelica again response, they already shipped the item and that was last week, still waiting for the item. SCAMS! I'm going to file a claim with Attorney General so they know of what is going on with this website letting them know that we been scam!
Items are from china that is why the shipment is so slow! Their UK WAREHOUSE IS ALREADY CLOSED! FINALLY! THOSE BASTARD TOOK MY MONEY AFTER I PLACED AN ORDER AND RECEIVED NOTHING.
I bought an item first week of December, got it the second week of December. It didn't work. Called their 24/7 phone number 5 times, different days (no one ever answered, no option to leave a msg). I checked with BBB for complaints -- none -- filed one. The business responded saying, return the item, we'll refund. I requested return address/ return label (purchased through an entity called ecommerce, so where does the return go?). No label or answer forthcoming so I went to Post Office, and they used the return address on the original pkg. I paid the postage. And a month later (yesterday) the pkg shows ups on my doorstep as "not deliverable -- vacant." I emailed their 24/7 site and they said "Sorry, here's a link to our return policy and you can't have a refund." Why would they not answer my question in the first place? Forewarned, folks. They got nearly $50.00 out of me with almost half of it in wasted postage. Suckered by the silent treatment and then their so-called "policy." Thank goodness the majority of internet businesses are not that way. Can't trust BoardwalkBuy or their customer service.
I am so irate because my credit card company just found in favor of this corrupt merchant simply because the merchant showed proof that SOMETHING was sent to me. You know what was sent to me? Half my order. I received half my order 2 weeks after I was supposed to get it, after requesting a refund and sending emails for weeks on end. And because this company has proof that SOMETHING was sent and delivered (left at the door) my credit card, who must be as gullible as I was to buy from this site, believed that the merchant sent me my entire order. So now, after disputing this for over a month, being told by my credit company that I do not need to return my order after numerous attempts of requesting a refund and order cancellation, they now changed their mind and not only are charging me for the item I did receive and threw out, but even the one I did not receive. The one that was never in the package. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE DISGUSTINGLY CORRUPT.
I am rating this company with NEGATIVE 5 STARS... I ordered a product from their website since 2/7/18. The delivery says it should take 7-10 business days. I followed-up my order after 10 days. I emailed the customer service everyday and they couldnt give me a status of my order. All they say on the email is sorry for the delay or we apologize etc... There was a DHL tracking number but there was no shipment status. I am so disappointed so I cancelled my order. Ill see how long would it take before they give my money back!
Product arrived broken. And based on reviews I won't even bother with the time & aggravation to return. I'm glad I didn't spend much. Lesson learned!
The goods are rubbish and the customer service is useless. I ordered a gps tracker watch for my grandson which was clearly faulty. By the time the support desk had given me the runaround the 30 day warranty had expired and they refused to refund or exchange. I have been shopping online for years and this is the first bad experience. Don't trust them.
Wish I'd read the other reviews of this company before I ordered from their site. The item description and images showed 3 soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers side by side. They appeared to be high quality. When they arrived, they were not sets of 3. Rather, they were individual dispensers that would have cost 1/10th the price at Home Depot or Lowe's.
Customer service did respond to offer 20% off on my next order, to "compensate" me for my dissatisfaction.
I am taking this beyond review sites. I will be contacting the attorney general of New York (where they are based). Consumers need to be aware of how cheap their goods are, and how poor their customer service is. You WILL be dissatisfied with your purchase, and you WILL be stuck with the bill.
-10 They take your paid order and then when you receive the defective items... they never contact you back... every week you leave an email or messenger. They wait 6 months and tell you to mail It back with tracking #. Then your told its passed 30 days and you dont qualify for a refund.
Please if anyone is an attorney out there. We should bring a class action suit... anyone?!

I ordered a warming neck wrap for $12.99. It was paper thin and was not at all what I expected so I went back to the site to verify the description. The wrap was described as weighing over 3 oz, the product I received weighed less than an ounce. I went through the email route like everybody else without any real help. It would have cost me the same or more to take a trip into town to buy an envelope and postage to ship it back. This company is a fraud!
I ordered 2 hair straightening brushes and it was a Christmas gift, however, I ordered in November. After Christmas I requested to send them back because these brushes were pure junk, didn't even turn on... nothing... both of them! I contacted them, followed their instructions, and returned them (costing me $16 to return to them). I sent them the tracking number and they answered about a week later saying that these are past the 30 day return policy and they could not refund my order! The best part was they aren't returning my brushes either - Really?! I am quite certain this is illegal - I mean, they can't keep the brushes AND not refund me. I am contacting their corporate office, Better Business Bureau and any other entity to rectify this fraudulent company. Thankfully I worked in the legal world for over 25 years so I will also be contacting an attorney for assistance. Companies can't get away with doing this!
This company intentionally buys and sells defective products. They refuse to allow you to return or exchange products that do not work. There is no way to call anyone, you can only email a girl that doesn't help you and then sends you multiple customer satisfaction surveys with a broken link that goes nowhere. Nothing but a SCAM. Buyer beware!
This maybe my first ever review to write - motivated by those who helped inform me of what to expect and boy what horrible experience buying my bag! The person handling the email responses got to my first email 4 days later and eventually we both agreed I was having a hard time receiving my purchase. I bought a duffle bag that allows you to fold a suit inside unwrinkled. More than 2 weeks I'm waiting for it t use for my second trip since it missed my first trip and I had to cancel it out of fear of reading reviews here and not taking the chance that the bag lacks quality also. This is not a sustainable business model. Too bad for clients and the company! Horrible!
