The issue was resolved

It took long to find the receipt in question. It did not appear on my Blue Host dashboard (so I thought it was a scam), and in general, I discovered months later I was being charged (a small amount) for a product I did not request. Yes, I know it is a very common (questionable) practice and you must uncheck anything you don't need before placing an order.

I had changed my business email address. When I needed to access the Bluehost site, I couldn't receive an email verification. The staff on the chat line were helpful and we managed to resolve the matter and gain access to the site.

Very Helpful Customer Support

For financial reasons, I changed my website builder and host. As I didn't want to change my domain name, I decided to continue using BlueHost as my domain provider. In my efforts to change my website host, I had to use the chat function to connect me with customer service to help me with several DNS record changes as I has no idea what I was doing. The people they connected me with were knowledgeable, helpful, and always resolved my issues.
