I contacted BlueHost Tech Support to get help with a slow loading and slow running website. The CSR agent was friendly, quick and helpful. Not only did he help optimize the site for me, but he gave me a link to an article written by BlueHost on how to help my website run at its best speed, including WP plug-in tools I can use do to this myself, in the future.

I have used Bluehost for many years. I want to praise the online support. Even if problems arise, we always solve them quickly and efficiently which I like the most.

I did not need a website or any of the other services. I just needed domain name and everything was adjusted with refund to my card. Thank you.

Getting a domain that I bought elsewhere pointed to my Bluehost account was a technical challenge for me. Customer service was amazing and got it all straightened out.

I followed EXACTLY what I was asked TO DO by clicking on Privacy. IT SAID I was running out of time and to pay monies An extra $25.00... By doing this ALL MY ACCOUNTS, WEBSITES WERE CANCELLED. MONIES PAID REVERSED BACK TO MY BANK AND EVEN ACCESS TO MY EMAILS WERE CANCELLED. WHEN I ENQUIRED THEY SAID I WAS COMMITTING FRAUD.
After many direct phone calls by me to the Philippines to talk to numerous people the situation was finally resolved. Still have no idea what I did to bring all this on. They said something about multiple websites. ALL OF WHICH THEY GAVE ME AT NO EXTRA COST i.e.org...net...etc.
Didn't even want them in the first place.
It now appears resolved and it is all put back together again. Took well over a week... I hope it never happens again.
I have Website designers working out it now.

Your tech rep was able to step me through the setup process smoothly.

It is easy to access and change information. Families like the way it is structured and layed out. We have never had any problems with our site.

I use bluehost for a couple of sites and realized that I'd opened more sites that I can manage and bluehost responded very promptly to my request to cancel one of the sites and issued the refund immediately.

Blue host is fast and reliable. The word press builder is clutch too

I've used Bluehost for several sites (private and com) and have had a great experience creating, managing and transfering sites. Would recommend it specifically for beginner level creators and maintainers

My experience with Bluehost has been great, although I don't speak English, but the customer support center deserves recognition and respect, and I made unintentional mistakes, and when I contacted the support center, the mistake was addressed by them.
