It is effortless to purchase hosting and domain on Bluehost and I am glad that there is no hurdle I found during this process.
The server is getting down from time to time which is not stable for my website.

The page has so much information and it's hard to determine what plugins and additions are necessary and which are optional.
To be honest... you guys really need to work on the online documentation. I found it was completely wrong relative to instructions for assigning and/or transferring pre-owned externally registered domains.
The support offered online, through social media and the most likely links are horrendously staffed or not staffed at all. It's hard to tell since response time is either non-existent or DAYS (not hours) in coming.
The product/services sold are top-rate. And when Customer Support FINALLY is available to help, they are knowledgeable and (t least in my case) professional... because some customers, like myself are so irate (due to the really slow response times, confusion over incorrect/inadequate online documentation, and just feeling ignored throughout BlueHost support portals) that they may not be the most polite to the poor Service Reps once one is available. Customer Service work is not easy. Dealing with the public... is not easy. Kudos to Ahkil and Anupam for maintaining their cool and professionalism, and making me feel as if they actually understood my frustration. Because of them... I am still a Blue Host customer.
If it wasn't for the initial totally horrible customer service interactions I would rate my BlueHost experience 5 star.

Poor service, states you cannot sign in all the time, poor support when yo ring help desk. They are not tech and very rude!
I have had numerous problems which i have contacted support regarding several times and its none of it has been resolved. I have an open case that was given the higher up team yesterday and despite being in contact with them twice 24 hour later Im still having the same issue
Bad. Very slow UI, when signing up an automatic domain was generated without me choosing anything. Free domain had to be requested through support.
Very slow performance even withi minimal theme features. Would I choose bluehost again? Totally no.
I've been pretty busy lately, so it was nice to see that Bluehost had already migrated our website from our old host in just a few days.

Outages are far too common and last too long. The last outage was almost 2 days, other than that the service works well but the outages are a real problem..
Bluehost really do give you a top notch service. I'm very happy with their after care service and would recommend them to anyone.
Easy for none experts but also expert, very compressive solution.
Many issues, website has been down for 24 hours now

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
