I had a good sales experience, and then went to transfer my website and didn't receive the help promised, and then the chat disappeared (it didn't time out). If I can't transfer my website, and don't receive the assistance I was promised, I'll need to get a refund, and yet I can't send an email? Gosh, what a disappointing experience.
