I have only had one good experience with tech chat. One guy last night ended the chat abruptly. I had a problem. The fix caused a bigger problem. My second problem was not fixed so I had support install a backup, Now the 1st problem is back

I was billed 2 weeks before billing date, even though I marked my account as "do not renew automatically"!
The renewal fee is outrageously expensive, and was never mentioned when I signed up last year.
Then I was locked out of y account.
So disappointed from your service!

I don't like how I have gotten 15 calls today since buying a domain yesterday.
I feel strong-armed into your $15/mo. "privacy protection" when it's probably you that are selling my info to these so-called developers from overseas. Stop it. You got my money now, leave me alone.
