How do I connect with customer service and why is that so hard?
Hosting services are great. I had an issue yesterday and called for technical help and was on hold for 45 minutes. Once I got help, the help was great. Just hold times are extremely long.

It's impossible to change font size other than "small, medium, large" which is very annoying, I have to modify the code every time I want to publish a post. Also, images take very long to load and upload. Often it's necessary to refresh the page in order to to select an image.

In monday I contacted to support with a very slow site problem at shanteli.com. As it turned out, nothing was done during the day. Techicanl support is always a disaster. Bluehost is great when it works, but the next time we have a problem it will be quicker just to move to another provider.
It is slow sometimes, but the customer service is always very responsive.

Your support is hard to reach and you never follow up your support. Been in contact 2 times now and every time you say it should work but id didn't. I asked if you will follow it up and control if it will work as you said. Nope. Annoying! Still does not work!
For the past 1-2weeks there have been technical errors and there was NO communication from you as to why this happened, what was done about it or even an apology. Pretty much crap customer service, clear indication you do not care about your customers at all. Wouldn't recommend you

Control panel is very sophisticated and not much useful

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
