Hosting services are great. I had an issue yesterday and called for technical help and was on hold for 45 minutes. Once I got help, the help was great. Just hold times are extremely long.

It's impossible to change font size other than "small, medium, large" which is very annoying, I have to modify the code every time I want to publish a post. Also, images take very long to load and upload. Often it's necessary to refresh the page in order to to select an image.

In monday I contacted to support with a very slow site problem at shanteli.com. As it turned out, nothing was done during the day. Due to the slow operation of the site with disabled plugins, it became impossible to edit form pages and the media library.
