Things do always work, and it get frustrating on how slow it is

Sluggish UI in CPanel. Phone teams blatantly lied about time required to migrate domain name and also migrate site, not setting expectations. Migration tools used to be free and now cost money or require an app to install which mines and sells your data. Wordpress was automatically installed without my knowledge or consent, and not according to my plan. FTP info in CPanel would not connect in Filezilla, support agent had to give other info. Temporary domain was created to establish account and sale but required multiple calls in order to escalate the issue.

Very slow web interface and my connection to the sql database is unreliable.

Bluehost was better before. Now the interface is confusing, and it is harder to figure out.

Good option for host PHP web sites and services. Thank you.

Bluehost has become another GoDaddy in my view. Tech support is not as good and prices keep going up.

Lots of site unresponsive down moments in the last couple of days.

Slower page loading, but overall happy with uptime. May need some code tweaking though.

The customer service is the best. They have always understood my issue and were able to resolve it immediately

This is my first hosting account with Blue Host and, so far, it's been cool.

I am learning how to create a website without a webmaster.

I have been trying, since last night to finish the website, I get to the Personal Info and then the site freezes. Takes me back to beginning.

There're hosting problems, more than few days, which seems to not going to be solved in fast period of time.

Some of the things Bluehost offers interfere with what I already have set in place or has hindered me from making custom changes within my site. For example, Website Builder did both, so I tore down my website, and started all over without it. What a hassle!
