I came from godaddy because they let me keep getting viruses. The keep charging me to recover my sites. Then after the 15th time they said oh you can pay $150 and this would not happen anymore. I left. Now Im here. You have the same racket going. I can see that now. Been here done that. I call it paying to leave. This is the cost I pay to leave.
For every question I immediately received a quick answer from the staff, i. E. help. They are very kind and patient in every question and give a good and precise explanation.
Bluehost is very easy to work with, they offer great support and offer many extras that other hosting companies just can't match! I highly recommend Bluehost!

I love this company because your customer support is quick, helpful, and pleasant. Every time I've called they've been able to troubleshoot and fix my site/domain issues. The only reason I'm taking a star off is because I don't like calling to fix every little issue and I wouldn't HAVE to if your FAQ/troubleshooting guides were up to date; 9 times out of 10, when I use your guides they refer to pages and processes that no longer exist and I spend hours searching for updated materials (to no avail). If you update your troubleshooting guides to your CURRENT layout and processes, I'd immediately update my review to 5 stars.
Unfortunately, for the second time, Ive had issues promoting some changes from the staging environment. Spent the past three days on and off chat trying to sort it out. Seems to me that the staging solution is not stable.
On the shared hosting platform you have out of date and insecure backend applications, and operating systems. Your engineering and network security is woefully inadequate, and I am told the only remedy is to PAY MORE.
Your promises and marketing specifically tell customers you are secure and up to date, when you are not. In fact years out of date, and past end of life on critical programs, such as MySQL, and CentOS.

Just started with your site and i spent a lot of time creating it, for the last 5-6 days I have been unable to access it, change anything, publish anything. I get different answers from support each time.
Every time I've tried to set up a new website bluehost crashes and the website is "setup" but not entirely. I have to go in the cPanel and fix the url issues. It's really frustrating and I'm considering moving to Siteground.
SO much simpler to start up a new website in the hosting and whatnot. I do wish the site builder was more customizable the way the wordpress is (can add your own elements), but it's so much better an experience making websites now thanks to bluehost!
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
