Charges are increasing and its no longer viable to use you. Mostly because you have been charging me inaccurately and renewing my service automatically up to a year before the service is due to expire. Not good practice, and very concerning.

Great service. Anoyning message. Im just rating so I can continue onto the page. I recommend not doing this or assigning ratings to any metrics. I would imagine your success be measured by your customer base and not a rating. SOrry for hte rant, but seriously, everyone wants a review all the time. Sheeesh.

We were having many issues with M365 Licensing and it was difficult to find IT help that truly knowledgeable. It is almost impossible to receive support from Microsoft directly because they redirect you to bluehost.

I am on the second day without most of my incoming e-mail and i am running a business. I spoke to a lady yesterday that told me Bluehost engineers were working on it and it had been a problem for more than 24 hours but should resolve in a few hours. This morning it is still not resolved. Called again and spoke to guy who basically told me to contact outlook. I did not accept that explanation as the problem is the web host. And i can e-mail out. I asked to speak to someone who could explain why i had to call outlook with a problem originating with bluehost. He got rude and told me that he had explained it. When i asked to be supervisor he didn't respond but was gone and a minute later i was disconnected.
