It has been good. I love the fact that you help people walk through some challenges they cannot solve.
IP almost always are in black list. Other problems are solving slow. Need 2-3 times ask for same. Some problems are not solved for years
One again you guys have jacked up the price on me. I've been with you for... i dont even know how many years and always have to be on guard and frequently have my php versions messed up bringing down my sites... so many problems and now I have to figure out why I'm on some wordpress hosting package that I never asked for and how long I've been wasting money, again.
When I log in - as a paying customer I have to navigate BS pop ups prompting me to do things I don't want. It used to be so simple and easy to use BH. I hate logging in anymore. Long time customer here...
