I have been using bluehost for hosting my website since 2019 and it's been good to be for the most part. What I would like is if we can have a separate building service from bluehost itself rather than having to rely on wordpress.
But other than that I like it.
Every time I log into bluehost it thinks it is migrating a website over. I already have a website with bluehost and I would need to delete "onboarding" from the url to get to the dashboard. This is incredibly annoying and this has been happening for over a month and still it is not fixed! Can you please fix this as soon as possible? I have called customer representative before and this is not resolved.
I love Bluehost. It's the only server I use. It always works fast and I get notifications when my webpage is down. For my package, I'm paying around 10-20$ a month, but it truly is worth the experience.
My sites keep crashing. I have called repeatedly and been told the problem is one thing or another. But the sites continue to crash.

I have a couple remaining Wordpress issues. Since I have Wordpress as part of my hosting package, I should not be told to call Wordpress for support. In fact, Wordpress does not recognize me as a customer so I am stuck in a catch22 with my contact form STILL NOT WORKING.

Your website is terrible. Not designed for mobile at all. I tried for about a week to update my billing info on my phone because I was traveling but couldn't because your sidebar menus kept covering up the credit card area of the page and wouldn't go away no matter what I tried. I tried to chat but that didn't work either. I then returned home and tried to do it on my laptop but when I put in my new card info and selected Update, it said I couldn't do that right now. Huh? Really? It's ridiculous that a company that hosts websites can't get its own site right.
I cannot update my payment info and my services are expiring.
Security issues are ignored. Support is hit or miss. Too many issues unresolved.

We have been with Bluehost since the Summer of 1996. The quality of customer service and technical support has continually declined.
I cancelled my subscription but you have still tried to take the payment. There is no clear way of cancelling online. I called your help number and was disconnected after speaking to the person for about 5 minutyes
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
