No support since account has been hacked and after 10 years my sites and email don't work.

After signing up, installation stalled during "onboarding." It's been half a day, with two calls to customer support. The agent was able to get me past the page by manually deleting part of the URL (indicating the page with the stalling), but I find that when I log out and back in, I still have to manually delete the end of the URL just to reach the control panel for your website builder.
I have been trying to get an issue with my website (smartloanlady.com) fixed for a couple of months. I have become so frustrated that I quit trying. You use to have great customer service, now the people I talk to do not know what they are doing. I want to be able to talk with a senior tech person that can give me some directions instead of talking with someone from a different country who just keeps repeating what I tell them but never gives me a solution. I have been with Bluehost for years and believe your service has gone way down.
I contacted support 2 weeks ago because when I send out messages from my domain, google says that it´s spam. They promised me that it would be solved soon, but it´s been two weeks and the problem is still there.

Terrible email servers. Everyday is a struggle trying to login to email. We are looking to change service soon. Ridiculous way to do business for us where we spend 30 minutes everyday trying to access our emails!

I always have had 5-star customer support with Bluehost, they always helped me to resolve what I need on the spot, and when they can't they do everything they can to solve it.

The "customer service team" is absolutely dreadful. They purposely don't end the calls so that you can't complete the survey to report how bad they are. They waste time and don't know how to do anything. SCAMM
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
