I found the whole experience extremely confusing. I have quite a bit of experience making videos and editing using Premiere Pro, etc so Im not a beginner in those aspects. However, I had a lot of trouble figuring out what to do while making my website. I did watch a lot of the tutorials too btw.

I will just be honest, my experience has been a frustrating challenge. Every step of the way require monetary upgrades and plug-ins to design the site and it still was never what I wanted. The site loads way to slow and I wonder if it will be able to handle a significant amount of traffic without locking up.

If I could start over again, I would probable try a different host and website builder.

I contacted support months ago and made sure EVERYTHING was cancelled because I own my own hosting. Now I am getting email saying I need to cancel renewal and site will not let me delete C.C in payment method or not renew.

Billing issue. All of a sudden within the last year they kept denying our payment, even though it had worked before, and the very same payment method works with EVERYONE ELSE online.

As a long time client, it is very off-putting to have to go through a privacy-protection fear-marketing gauntlet EVERY TIME I LOGIN. I can see why you might want to push that with new clients. But your automation doesn't take into account long standing clients' needs (who btw are loyal and pay money consistently).

Not good customer service in my opinion.
