This website has not worked for me. I have reached out numerous times and the only response I get is to pay another $165 for help. This is a scam. I wish there were honest people that would help!
I came form namecheap so my expectations were very low I was expecting to be confused and end up with problems like having 3 trials for wordpess creation but this has been so easy and responsive. I've not had to ask customer support for anything so far as all of my questions have had clear documentation or youtube videos or skill share lessons to walk me through I spend so much less time wondering and more time creating here.

I have not been able to access my cpanel for web hosting I already purchased for weeks now. I am failing to have the issue resolved ever since.
Bluehost software is an non-unified mess, having to go to 2-4 places: CodeGuard, Softculous, Home Websites, CPanel and Bluehost Plugin in WordPress and some or none, never work, properly or they totally screw-up your development. A total hassle.
Overall the service is fine but the logging in is a bit of work, having to sign into Bluehost then getting hit with an ad, then closing this survey before even getting to the link for Wordpress. It is a bit annoying.

My price jumped just too high from where I began for a website I only need kept up. When I chatted with someone a few weeks ago they could not help me. It is just too much money for a site I just need to remain and barely holds anything. I am really upset I moved from where I was paying too much at $118 to a great rate I knew would go up but not HIGHER than where I came from.

Not sure why 'Sukruth' took a long time to identify the problem with my site. I figured out the problem while he purposely delayed our interaction. All it kept doing was stalling with 'im sorry'' and 'don't be tensed' comments. It was a super easy fix that I figured out.
It kept rejecting my user name. I had to change my password again back to my original password.
I've been stuck without my domain that I have paid for, for 4 days now. Initially it would be 1-2 days, then 3-4 days, now 8 days. I've been without my domain now for almost 3 weeks because of Bluehost and zero resolution. If you're on the fence about getting their service just don't do it, go with someone else. This is insane.
I hate that i get logged out so quickly. Like 15 min of no activity and im loogged out. Just a pain.
PJ was very great he was thorough and walked me to make sure I was writing the correct User ID and password to login. He also advised on how I could get further help.
Average, everything i would expect from a basic hosting package
