Actually, I don't know what you're talking about. I have had a difficult time getting the website started, but it was not the fault of Bluehost

I logged in, did a few things including making a payment, and logged out.

Whenever I ask a question they are quick to respond with detailed answers.

I've been with blue hosts for a long time. My agreement expired to my surprise. There was an old email, no longer in serviceman and it still listed my administrative assistants name. The BH staff helped me through the steps to update all information and get back up and running. Appreciative.

Always a reliable hosting service. Love that it's affordable for a small business like mine.

The accompanying email mentioned an issue on May 17/22. I don't recall that. I'm happy with my bluehost experience

Anytime access is for real, not a slogan. The system allows your concern to be escalated to just the right technical staff who are knowledgeable, courteous and patiently ensure they understand your request and concern. I had my domain transferred from one of my bluehost domains to its own independent bluehost domain. This was accomplished seamlessly.

Bluehost web builder guided me through some steps and within minutes I had my first domain and website.

The service representative was very knowledgeable and patient.

The agent was able solve my issue i was very happy with the outcome but I think it was preventative one from bluehost's part. None the less I was happy

Had a problem with Jetpack. The rep helped me try to fix it, and ended up recommending I get rid of it, which I did.
